I was given a drop-off location in the contract when I called them they told me they did not deal with uhaul? So I called uhaul corporate they told me to take it to birch bay storage, when I got there they told me they did not have room and told me to take it somewhere else? We had words and told him I was leaving the trailer here, he begrudgingly let me. It was a really bad experience.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulWe rented the small 7 foot open trailer which was the perfect size for what we needed to haul. It was clean and in perfect condition. The folks at Birch Bay Storage were really friendly and helpful. They hooked up the trailer to my car and when we returned it disconnected it for us and rolled it back to its spot on their lot. A very pleasant rental experience from start to finish.
Carl KBased on mileage out and in, I drove a total of 3.3 miles yet was charged $21 for 3 gallons of fuel. I don’t feel this was fair. Otherwise the rental experience was positive.
Eric HI can't even think of anything that would have made the experience better. The person behind the counter was more than helpful, very pleasant which made it a great experience. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone, and will most definitely use this facility again in the future.
