We had a tire blow out 20 miles down the road (from Blackwell) on the trailer. After an 1.5 hour total delay, we didn't have any issues. The people at the Blackwell UHaul place were very nice and accommodating. Taking all of the photos was a little annoying, but I understand why.

Sent a gentleman out to make sure it was hooked up correctly and in good shape and everything worked. Mark HI would have given 5 stars. But the lady at the counter was very rude and giving her the card for sales tax exemption. as I was instructed to do by U-haul. It wasn't about her refusing to remove the tax. It was more about getting grilled Why I deserved it. She was very hateful that the State of Oklahoma gave me this privilege for being wounded while serving, resulting in being 100% disabled. I just know that I and any other veteran will not get to use this privilege at that UHaul. I know now. The other employee was great. The ratchets for the tire straps were hard and rusty. But it's Oklahoma and sits outside. Thats expected.
