Literally a grass field. Two times I have dropped off and picked up no one was there. If you require any items for move I could not say if they have them. The U-Hail app was glitching and extremely difficult so it took 45 minutes to pick up. Had my pick up address as my final destination and would not load photos of truck. After multiple attempts customer support on app was able to rest set my reservation and finally got it to work.

Great location. Easy to work with.
MICHAEL RMain issue I had was the rental insurance. I was mis-informed by the attendant on how much it would cost. I chose to get it based on information from him that it was $15/day. When I got to the drop off destination 8 hours later they said it was a 3 day charge minimum - so a total of $45. I will avoid renting from Uhaul next time and try other companies.
