The online check in/check out never works for me. I understand that is an ongoing problem. I picked up my truck early Sunday, before the office opened and fortunately, the gentleman that was working allowed me to get my truck because the online check in was not working correctly. Otherwise, I would have been waiting for the store to open and would have been late for my event.

When I called to make a reservation I explained to the person assisting me that I was moving a washer and dryer. An appliance dolly was reserved for me. Upon My arrival, there was no appliance dolly available. The sales associate looked at me helplessly as she blamed the person who made my reservations. I had to better come up with an alternative solution as a customer and ask can she reserve an appliance dolly at a nearby location. She told me she would reserve an appliance dolly for me at the nearest location. When I arrived at the nearest location, there was no appliance dolly reserved for me. Moving can be a hassle and excellent customer service can assuage the process when things go wrong. This location was not the best experience for me. It caused inconvenience on my off day due to driving to two different locations to returned the van at one and the appliance dolly at the other. Poor customer service.

I reserved a 10’ truck and had the reservation confirmation to prove it. They didn’t have any 10’ truck available so I had to settle for a cargo van. I had to make two trips instead of one to transport the furniture and drive extra 30 miles, not happy at all.

The manager at this location was excellent. She was very helpful, explained the gas tank re-filling policy very well, and provided me with tools to estimate how much gas to refill the truck with. Excellent customer service. Safe location. Great store. Would rate this location 10/10.

When I called and set everything up I was givin a price. Then when we went to pick up the truck I was given another. They worked with us on the price which was nice but I had arranged for this to be done and because if the original price isssue it delayed the moving process and we had to work through the night

Do not enjoy cargo vans with no remote locking. I’ve had two of these in the past month and hated both. I prefer the newer model cargo van. Also, van was not ready when I got there at 8:30 in the morning. The van should have already been cleaned up. I had to wait for it to get cleaned.

This company SUCKS!!!!!! I reserved a truck for rental at this "Preferred" location only to find out upon arrival that my truck was over 15 mils away from where I was located. The agent working that day was RUDE and very inconsiderate to the fact that I reserved a truck that was clear across town in which I had no way of getting to in order to rent it. I will find somewhere else to take my business cause this company does not care.

Location was supposed to open at 9AM. Noone showed up until after 9:45 and we were given the excuse that "The manager is on vacation" I will never use uhaul again unless I have no other choice.Very disappointing.

Hire a second counter person. I waited 45 minutes beyond opening time for the store to open, then waited another 40 minutes at turn-in since the only counter person was helping another person.

You need more staff at this location. It took me an hour to get my trailer and leave. One employee had to take care of doing the contract and going on the yard to connect the trailer.

I could not get them on the phone while I was out with the van. We sat on hold for 3-4 hours total trying to speak with someone. Finally, I called the chevron next door and had the gas station attendant run their phone to the U-Haul store and flag down an employee. The U-Haul employee had a major tone of attitude on the phone, “Well I’m sorry you had to experience that but....” 3-4 hours and we can’t get in touch with them unless we have a neighboring business carry their own phone next door??
