Great customer service! New truck was awesome!

I suggest the trucks get treated for pest after each client, our truck had bugs in between the wood siding. Also I told the representative that we would make a round trip to return the truck, the representative asked for the destination address and saw the mIles, gave a total to pat which I paid over $500. We were told the truck had to be returned Friday the 16th before 8pm. I received a call that the truck had to be returned by 4:30 pm and also was told I owed more money...this was a huge inconvenience because the representative did not enter the information correctly, we assume if we give the representative the destination address and they see the miles to travel and they areally also told this WILL BE A ROUND TRIP we assume this person has done all calculations and has presented us with the correct amount. I will say the representative was very courteous and polite. I understand mistakes happen and we are not perfect but this was just an financial inconvenience when truck was returned.

Inform them that there is a clean up fee $25. There was a mention of protection of the truck, so anything else that can be charge to a customer needs to be mentioned.

this was not the location I was scheduled to pick up my vehicle! Nor could I pick up at scheduled time or contacted that my vehicle was on the lot and ready. I was not given enough mileage for my trip and now being charged that extra.

You switched my location which resulted in a long round trip drive. Upon arrival I was 15th in line! You had one guy handling the counter and hooking up trailers, totally insane. I deserve and demand a big discount on my credit card or I will protest the whole rental amount with AMEX.

It was only one person working checking in and out equipment with a store full of customers.I waited on some help for over 45 minutes. I was supposed to be the next customer but got they waited on someone that came in long after me and he got the last pickup truck that I needed so I had to settle for a box truck.

Be accurate with reservations customers make and think that they have. When you arrive your reservation is not for the time you reserved. Had very bad experience!
