The host for this Old Springville location was very accommodating. She always went the extra mile to help and make sure all our questions were answered. There was no one at the drop off and there was no clear marked location to drop off the keys so we had to call her again and she was very helpful and we agreed to drop it and what looked like the mailbox slot on the building.
