I rented 24 blanket thingy/moving pads... and I returned the trailer after hours with the pads in the back because I didn't know how to return them. I took a picture to show the trailer was clean, then put thec24 pads in there... I was afraid they could be stolen but didn't have any instructions of how to return them... other than that it was a great experience

Both customer service reps, when I picked up and dropped off my truck were very knowledgeable about their job, very friendly, and very helpful. When I dropped off the truck, I was waiting for my ride and the guy even brought a stool around for me to sit on. He knew that I had been moving furniture and boxes all day and was tired.

Stop telling people they'll "save time" by checking in online. This is patently false if you are checking in during business hours. Your site asks these questions in all the wrong order. You should NOT be asked to choose your method of check-in *before* you choose a time to do so. Your site should also NOT ask for location service access so early in the process (maybe the first moment I logged on for a quote?) and then expect your customers to remember they need to suddenly approve location access when they arrive. Your terms and conditions are utterly ridiculous and impossible to read especially at the last minute when checking out. It is also thoroughly rude to make your customers do all of the work of a rental agent when checking out equipment by enticing them with the false claim that doing so will SAVE them time, then making it as difficult as possible on them (again, your customers) to change their method of check-in after they realize they have been misled. Why can't you give your store employees the simple power to help your customers when they request it? Why would you insist on making things more difficult for both your employees and your customers?

They did not have all my supplies there, nor did they try to move it to one location. Was not considerate of me coming out of town to get this equipment. I called several time to get it moved to one location. I also did not like the fact they waited two days to let. Me know that everything was not at the same store. Plus I hade to drive 30 minutes out the way to pick up the other part. This put me father behind in my move I was late starting my move I was late getting back on the highway to move to Nashville Tennessee this was a very inconvenient nor considerate of the company.
