My reservation was at 5pm, I got to the establishment at 4:50 and no one was there, the office was locked yet it said it closed at 7pm. I was on hold with customer service for 30 minutes and wasn't able to reach anyone. The online check in team tried helping me out. At 5:30, an employee showed up and didn't have a reason why there was no one there. It's like they left the establishment and came back, extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.Dariana D.
There is a loud wind whistle at 55 mph while driving with a headwind. The whistle appears to be around the windshield seal on the passenger side. When driving with no wind the whistle would start at 65 mph which was very obnoxious.Raymond J.

Let them know that there's a $20 fee for after hours even though no one is reachable when you have problems returning truck online so it's a way to overcharge customers.Shenetta C.
The customer service experience could be better, its not impressive at all. The GM is nice and seems to be fair; however, I think the front desk clerks and/or Asst Mgmt staff needs to focus on being more friendly and courteous. Store filed a damage claim against me and lied about it. They reported overhead damage after telling me everything was fine. No one at uhaul will advise me of what to do or how to dispute this claim. Also convenient that I am apparently responsible for damage that is not covered by this insurance. I will not be using uhaul again.TRISTIAN S.

Have disinfectant wipes available for the customer to wipe down the steering wheel Door handles etc. for the customers peace of mind during COVID. Our truck was seemed clean but it was unsettling to get right in after someone else just brought it back.VICKEY P.
All fees and charges need to be listed on the website and made know to the customer BEFORE they reserve truck. Remainder of deposit due back to customer shod not take forever to be put back on customers card. I reserved my truck online. The constant pressuring to sign up for accident coverage as I registered online felt like scare tactic. It greatly lowered my opinion of Uhaul. It was apparent that Uhaul's online registration was using unreasonable tactics to pressure customers to sign up for and spend money on unnecessary coverage.Dale N.
