The location no longer accepts uhauls. So I had to contact uhaul customer service to find another location. The wait time to speak with a live person is extremely long. The CS rep assisted me with excellent customer service.Dorothy H.

The Haul and the staff at this location were fine. But prior to this, I had reserved a 24/7 pickup from the Highland Park Shell station. However, I got there and discovered my reservation had been coded as "hand delivery." The truck was parked, but no one had the key, including the gas station attendant. There was also no code for me to use on a lock box. It was a huge disaster and inconvenience. Luckily, the Haul customer support employee called me back and got me a new reservation, so all wasn't lost. However, this was a pretty inconvenient way to start my move.LUKE T.
