My reservation wasn't there so they put me in a smaller truck. When I got to where I was gonna help someone move they said they weren't moving and canceled on me. The truck was super dirty on the outside. Windshield was dirty. On the way to bring it back hit a strong thunderstorm and the driver side door started leaking on me pretty hard. I would like the 50 dollars for my reservation not being there. And at least 100 dollars knocked off also. This is the second time I have had problems with uhaul. Very doubtful if I use y'all again. Very disappointed
