DENISE MMake sure the engine runs properly, the engine in the truck I rented idled roughly, and got awful fuel mileage. Upon driving the truck, it has a pull to the left in the steering. It was a very hard and expensive drive.

LINDA AThe team assisted me with a rental after I arrived late in the day. The staff were polite, very helpful and willing to make something work for me. They discussed services and offers for storage as well. My only recommendation would be to tell the customer how lengthy the online return process would be. I returned the vehicle later that evening. I was not aware of the amount of time it would take to complete the process and it took some time to take all the images the app requires. The process was simple, but I wish I had known the amount of work required to finish the rental for a night drop off. Otherwise, the service was great and the team was really great to work with and made sure I was able to get what I needed.

Doreen W | Overall ExperienceThe only problem I had was that I spoke to the lady and told her I would be moving out on Sept 24th. I went back to the building on that day around 4:30/5 and my access had already been deactivated. I had a couple things left in there and was not to access them. I called and was told I could come between certain hours the next day to get them. I was not very happy considering I had 3 units and 2 of them were paid for until Oct 5th and Oct 18. Considering I was still a paying customer I do not feel like I should have been deactivated so quickly. I didn't get a call or anything. When I spoke to the lady Sunday to let her know I could not make it between the times they gave me she said they thought I wanted them to throw what was left in the dumpster. They had not done that yet, thank goodness. My problem is they would call on the due date if I had not paid yet but they couldn't pick up the phone and call to make sure I wasn't coming back. They just assumed I wanted to leave the stuff even tho the unit was paid for thru October date.
