Tim was friendly and professional, called me in advance to confirm alleviated anxiety of long trip and requested location for pickup was perfect. The only thing I thing I did not care for was having to pay mileage from the pick up location to the job site, to take the truck to get gas to replenish what was used and then to take the truck back to the site. I understand you need to pay mileage but honestly I believe that should maybe be waived or put to a cheaper rate. But other than that everything was good.

I can't believe I was charged $.80 for going 2 miles over and $38.25 for a sixteenth of a tank of gas under. I will never use U haul again. Have gone a couple miles over before and 1/16 under for gas and never charged. Absolutely ridiculous.

Location was 24 miles away from the location we made our reservation at. At the last minute we were told there were no trucks at the initial reservation site and stated this would be the closest and only 17 miles away. Not true at all and put us out of the way 24 miles plus time gas and extra expenses that we were not budgeted for. Not a good way to do business and provide good customer service. I suggest if you can't guarantee a truck on the initial reservation don't allow the reservation. Decline it stating no trucks available for that date and site. Don't falsely give the impression that the truck will be available and at the last minute say its not.

I would be not picking to find a comment for improvement. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Very pleasant and informative staff. I made the right decision renting a truck from them.

I did the 24 7 pickup because they were closed on Saturday. The 20' truck i was supposed to get was reserved but was a mix up and if guy wouldn't have been there doing paperwork, i dont know what would've happened. I was late getting started but thankfully the guy got things straightened out with Uhaul and i Was on my way.

We'd give 10 stars if we could, but 5 is the max so 5 it is. We had previously used uhaul from a different location and had a terrible experience. We were hesitant to use uhaul again, but decided to give this place a try based on reviews. We are sooo glad we did!! Tim made our experience, not only flawless, but he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and answered all of our questions....even after we left his facility. We picked the truck up during 'closed' hours but he showed up to be sure we were good to go. On top of all Tim's excess help, when he called the area's field manager, he too answered his phone to help with an issue....on a Saturday afternoon! Impressive!! We will definitely be returning to TAW for any future needs!!
