We ordered a dolly and a dozen covers. To our surprise, there were none !! Windshield was filthy. If you can’t do a simple order like mine, would hate to see something a little more complicated.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulDave was great
Kevin CWe were very impressed with our service in Bemidji- very helpful staff, and everything was well explained and organized. We were unhappy however with the fact that there was a significant leak inside the cab of the U-Haul, which was very uncomfortable being we were in heavy rain for a large portion of the drive. We were getting literally soaking wet in the passenger seat. No refund of any kind was offered in Fort Collins.
Heidi FNotified to pick up vehicle for after hours but can’t start the pick up process until you’re on-site and then I had to go through a whole additional process for out of state license pick up identity verification (which could have been done when I did the reservation). I was on-site for pick up for over an hour. That hour counted against my rental time.
HEATHER JThere was no body at dropoff location, area was small and crowded
