Original reservation was cancelled due to wrong time. I was told the location was 7 miles away. I was sent the address, it was 41 miles away. Get to the location and My Garage said they don't know why Uhaul sent me, they are not set up yet. Sat there for 2 hours trying to pick up the truck. Ms. Shannon helped me get it picked up. App wouldn't pick up my location. Finally get the truck. Same nightmare trying to check the truck back in. Absolutely worse experience.

I had issues checking out and turning in the truck. Had to call UHaul both times and spent over an hour waiting and talking to a customer service representative and even got changed the 20 dollar fee for not checking in the truck in correctly even after sending pictures to the customer service representative. I use UHaul often and this was the worst experience yet.
