I kept the van an extra day but there are 3 charges instead of just the 2. The woman at the place has no idea how i was over charged $46.11. She said there is no record of that charge but it says uhaul and came out of my checking account. I am currently trying to dispute that unknown charge to get the money back that i was overcharged..

There was no one in the office at the time of my drop-off, and no indication that anyone was on the premises. I returned my rental early and called the Tilton office for advice. I scanned the qr code by the driver's door as advised, but the process was cumbersome and took more time than I thought I'd need to return the truck and be brought back to my car - the person waiting for me was on a time limit as well. I haven't gotten any confirmation of the return, either.
MELISSA MThe 24/7 app didn't recognize I was in the correct location. Unfortunately there wasn't anyone there to help me for over 20 minutes. Once the person arrived, she was able to quickly check me in and help me get on the road. She went above and beyond.

Vanessa SLady wasn’t too friendly but she was okay. Not even a hello. She seemed completely out of it. I guess we all have bad days. When I asked how the tolls work she said “I don’t know.” How do you work at a Uhaul and not know this? Also didn’t know if I had it 1 or 2 days but I was sure it was two, which it ended up being. She had no idea what was going on. A simple let me check on that is all that’s needed. Uhaul tire pressure reader was low and she had nothing to say about that either when I pulled back in. I left it alone. Uhaul back door was also frozen shut. I eventually got it open almost hurting myself with extreme force. Poor customer service at this location!
