The employees were great but U-Haul needs to work on how they run things like why make someone reserve a trailer at a location if someone else can come get it before you it was a huge inconvenience to have to drive 30 minutes the opposite direction to get a trailer that I had reserved 2 miles from my home and then U-Haul wouldn't let me return the trailer to the site closer to me they made me drive 30 minutes back to the Bellville location so U-Haul gets a 1 star from me
