The woman was very rude when I called to make a reservation, I thought when I picked up the vehicle I would have a better experience but she was just as rude and not very helpful/informative. It was my first time renting a uhaul and I had no idea what I was doing and she just didn’t offer any help or explanation as to what to do, the customer service was not up to par which also made this experience subpar. I didn’t feel very comfortable leaving the lot. The truck was also super rusty and worn down. There was two different men who tried multiple times to pull down the back door and it just wouldn’t budge, the lock was so difficult to unlock that we dreaded having to open and close the back. To add on the truck inside had dried up spots of spilt drink on the cup holder from who ever used it previously. I will never go back to this location. I’m really hesitant to rent a Uhaul again, this just added on to the stress of moving.

A person was ahead of me and part way through renting a storage unit. I had to wait 20 minutes for her to finish before I could pick up my truck. Suggest you have some way of letting the employee cut over to deal with quick Uhaul customers when a longer transaction is under way with another customer.

U-Haul's website appears to have been down. The phone app didn't work. Luckily the local representative was able to check out the equipment after some time in a phone queue to U-Haul.

This location was nice but it is not the location that I booked we had booked at a place that ends up opened at 11:00 and when we got there for our 10 foot rental there was no truck. I had called haul in the morning and after waiting 20 minutes to talk to someone no one informed me that there would be no truck . Ended up having to drive a 15 foot truck after driving to the second location and they did not have a handcart to rent. Very disappointed If I had known this was the case when I called in the morning then I would have gotten this mess going at 9:00 not 11:00

I made a reservation to pick up a van at 8am on a Sunday, an hour before regular business hours. The UHaul website indicated I could use my smarthphone to check out the van and get a key. Arriving at 8am, going through the prompts from my reservation email, I was told no van had been assigned to my reservation. I had other things to do rather than bother someone to drive over to work early, so I came back at 9am, got the van, and everything was great. I'm disappointed I lost an hour of van time and there clearly needs to be more notice or training for the all-smartphone system.

Exact equipment was at the location, exactly when we had requested it. We needed to adjust our time by 30 minutes due to a later start and traffic; it was quick and easy to do and caused no hassles at pickup. Drop off was easy. Parking lot nice sized for size of equipment ordered. Great experience! Thank you!

You guys are scam artists! I was told I could return it to another location and when I call to find out where Im then told no I have to return it to the original! That caused me to be late on returning it because I had to work all day, I had only gotten off work one day to move. Now I get charged an additional almost $200!!!!! Wtf!!! I am pissed and reporting this to BBB!!!! I was also told by a previoud customer that you did this to them too! I want some kind of refund!!!!

I was way overcharged for this UHAUL. They charged me for driving 38 miles when I only drove 8. This is such a hassle and truly bullshit. The manager at this location was not only rude but also didn’t come and check the truck when I returned it. Do not rent from here

Our emailed reservation said 8:00 am pick up. The King Street location didn’t open til 9:00, so my son and husband had to wait one hour for the store to open. The U Haul representative who made the reservation made the mistake.

Great in-person interaction. Charged me more than double, then it took 4 (yes FOUR) trips through the 10-minute hold queue (which meant being asked to fill out the survey 120 times. Somebody please calm the hold ads down) to get refunded. BOO for that.

You did not give me the key to the padlock in the back of the truck. I had to drive to two locations to get it unlocked while I was being charged for mileage. I was offered a 50 dollar refund that was never applied, and then after returning the truck an hour and a half early the same day, I was charged for keeping the truck until the next day, as well as an additional dolly and furniture pads we did not use or reserve. When trying to get a refund, I only was compensated for some of it, but did not complain because it was not enough to make a big deal about. But before receiving my refund, I was charged an additional 83 dollars, bringing my total charged to 253 dollars for what was originally 86 dollars. Eventually it was all corrected after I called but had I not had that extra money I could have been overdrawn. I will not be coming back to this location and I am seriously questioning if I want to ever use U-Haul in the future.

We came in less then 30 minutes before closing and they got us a truck, we unloaded our storage space and was on our way fast and easy. Gased up the truck and dropped the keys after hours, perfect accommodations.
