The crew was not very well versed in U-Haul rentals and instructed me to install the mobile app and complete the self-service process on my own. The person available at pickup was helpful and provided assistance, but no one else engaged or offered support during the return process. The app is filled with upsell prompts and add-on offers, which makes the overall experience feel cluttered and spammy.

The location is just fine but the UI for the self check needs an overhaul. It kept starting over again and again with no explanation as to why
ETHAN PThe counter employee was nice, gut the equipment check in was near impossible. The app didn't work and he struggled mightily with his tablet. He finally called someone who made it work somehow. The whole process of checking out a reserved truck took 45 minutes. Amateur hour.
