Unfortunately the trailer I rented had about 5" of snow in it that concealed a lot of debris including hundreds of screws and plastic and rubber pieces that appeared to be off cuts from some project. It was a 6x12 open box trailer that someone had used to haul debris in. I can only assume it was returned after hours and the trailer filled with snow during that time not allowing staff to see the mess. The staff very kindly refunded me $25 for the cost of me cleaning out the trailer myself. I don't believe it was an issue of neglect by the staff, just a series of bad circumstances. The staff at this location was very attentive and friendly and it was my best U Haul experience ever, despite the hiccup with the trailer.
