Brent KAttendant had no idea how to use the system and had to face time a colleague to work it out. Whole transaction took over 2 hours
Kitt NMy pickup location changed and I was charged extra mileage No signage to find building It was in a school with children which I think put them at risk Inside school where you had to go had cats roaming around which could be bad if people are allergic Inside cab was dirty Inside back was dirty
Kimberly MWe had difficulty logging in to get keys it took over 30 minutes Most of this could be provided at home on line before pick up Code should be obtained beforehand then it would be easy to get keys from the lockbox
