Place was a little sketchy and no one to help get trailer off, (was there during normal business hours). I wouldn’t have been sure this was the correct drop off location except luckily there was a U-Haul dolly in the lot. The drop box was way off to the side on a liquor store so wasn’t as easy to spot but once you know where it is it’s not too bad.

Michael KThe pickup site was a convenience store manned by one person. It seemed most of his job was selling lottery tickets. Seriously. The clerk really didn’t know how to handle the rental and had to call someone to talk him through the process. Meanwhile the line for lottery tickets was backing up. After he printed out my form and collected my money, he said I was good to go. I asked a question and he said he really didn’t have any info for me. He didn’t go outside to point out the trailer or anything. Luckily we were familiar with trailers as he was no help.

MIKE HI ordered and paid for furniture pads and they were not included in the vehicle. There was no option of only renting the truck for one day since it was a one way move. U-Haul automatically charges you for three days even though I picked up and returned the truck within the same day. I was also charged twice for the rental. I was very disappointed with this experience.
