CINNAMON SThis was the worst experience EVER! First set up a reservation to pick up in watertown wi, then last minute they changed it to beaver dam wi. I get to the uhaul in beaver dam and they explain to me there is 3 different locations and I was at the wrong one. I go to the right one and he tells me my truck isn't ready and he has to go to where I just came from to pick up the truck I need, has the balls to ask if I can give him a ride but I declined. While he was off getting the truck I was supposed to have I called u haul and told them how disappointed I was with the way they handled everything, she told me they would give me an extra day and a few extra miles. I then asked if I could get this in writing and have it emailed and she told me not to worry and that it would be good. Now I see an extra 78$ charge for me apparently going over miles and I was told that I should have dropped it off in Westfield wi and not mauston wi when the contract clearly stated mauston in highlighter as well. Worst experience ever!!
GALE USeamless pickup and drop off. Owner of business himself handled both. Very personable. Have rented from him before and had same experience. Uhaul site gave me issues. Tried to ‘check in’ before going to pick up and it kept kicking me out of system.
