Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulNever would recommend. Customer at counter chatted forever about getting another job with another person while seeming unconcerned for other customers in line

Bryson BI got what I expected. Thank you so much.
zakaria sTried to call the location 3 times over 3 hours about dropping off the trailer, no answer and no return call. Finally just went there. Went into office, person was busy and said just leave it. So I unhooked, but storage area is on a slight hill. Looked for a wheel chock, none in area. Went back in office and found a 2x4 and went out and chocked a wheel. I was uncomfortable with just leaving it with no inspection. So I went back in the office again, left the contract no., and name so there would be no confusion. I also took a bunch of pics as my trust was low. I did get a receipt a couple of hours later stating I did not owe anything, so that was something.
