Nothing. The experience was convenient fast and very easy. The only thing I that confused me was the pricing. $29.95 was the starting price but I paid $51 but I guess that was including mileage. I definitely will use this site again

My original drop off was another site, I was informed when I got there that they are closing down and not taking any U-Haul equipment. They recommended another site. I arrived at site 2 and they did not take trailers, I was very frustrated because I was taking up time and gas to haul around an empty trailer for U-Haul. Site 2 looked up the site and Salem rd and have me there phone number, I called and the gentleman said “no problem, bring it on done hereâ€. He had a spot already set up for me to back in and helped with un-hooking. Great service from Salem rd sight. U-Haul coordinator office needs to get better with taking sites off lists that are closing down to save customers from wasting time.

Dennis B.Passenger tie down strap for tire had stiff ratchet mechanism. Might just need grease, but I had to struggle to get it to tighten. Driver side was fine.
