Well...first off the boxes that I purchased were falling apart as if they had been exposed to moisture. I retuned them and have NOT seen my credits on my bank account. The fuel gauge was on half when I got in the truck but the paperwork showed that it was Over 1/2 full. My mistake for not checking the paperwork before driving away. I had a schedule that I needed to adhere to. The inside of the windshield should have been cleaned because in the evening Sun it had a film on it which made it a little difficult to see out. They tried to charge me .79 a mile over when my paperwork clearly showed .39. I don't know why I keep coming back to this location because there is always seems to be an issue. Arriving early I halfway expected to find sleepy staff to assist with my rental. Not so. Jamail was up and at them. He was welcoming, polite, took care of my transaction quickly and with aplomb. What a valuable employee Uhaul has in Jamail. It was 7:20 AM BTW. Good grief.
I was charged 3 day rental because the location check in my rental late because the truck battery dies
The manger was super nice and helpful keep they the best.
Have more than one person working the counter and have a place designated for check-ins for people using the app. Like a lockbox that you can open to get your key. The app is a good idea, but it's terrible to use in reality.
Management is always helpful & takes the time to explain the equipment.
They need to keep up with their equipment. It need it maintanence and we have to stop on the middle of our trip to change trailers

Improve wait time to be assisted. This location is too busy for just two workers. The company needs to give their employees more help. That is sad.

I had a reservation and took over an hour to pick up a 5x8 ft trailer. Only one person was working and seemed to be completely lost. There was a long line in the store. Completely disappointed and so were the other complaining customers!!!!
I had amazing customer service from the person that checked me in (I wish I had my contract in front of me so I could tell you her name! She was amazing!)
I reserved online and received confirmation for rental on Main Street in Baytown, however when I got there to do the online pickup it stated that my reservation had been moved to the one on i10 then when I went in to verify the lady told me that they actually moved it to a location in highlands. When I questioned it she told me that they use a third party for online reservations and they can't guarantee anything (even though it was through the U-Haul website) she stated that they did not have any trucks in the size I reserved. I After already planning well in advance this totally messed up my move date and I found this totally unacceptable
You did not have the truck that was reserved. Gave me a truck that was to small for what I needed was not at all happy as I have to make another trip to finish getting my things. As well as charging me another 60 dollars.
My trailer wasn't checked in when I returned it. They tried to charge me for 3 days when I only had it for 4 hours. It was sitting on the lot the whole time.
I made a mistake by not opening the door on the Trailer I rented. One of the wheels were bent and caused the door to only opened about halfway and getting stuck. I climbed in and took care of the issue. I would highly recommend that even if the customer has not fully gone through the equipment, that the leasing agent should. We as customers only do this probably once every five years, but this is a daily consistent occurrence for y'all. Not complaining, like I said was my fault not checking, just a recommendation. Service was Excellent overall.
This location like most company owned are horrible
The sales representatives were extremely helpful at this location, even going so far as to drive over 70 miles to secure us a truck.
Have a full tank of gas in all vehicles. I filled it up before I returned the van to play it forward. I'm 5'1â€ and it is very difficult to get in & out to check the fuel gauge while the gas is pumping.
Had a poor experience getting my deposit back ive yet to receive it and the way its being handled isn't professional at all
