The person at the counter was very nice and helpful. The issue was when I got to my house and opened the back of the truck it smelled so bad I had to wear a mask when working back there. Smelled like cat throw up and piss. It also travelled onto my stuff the smell and made the overall experience terrible. Also I had flush a roach down my toilet as he was in the truck and he hopped onto one of my dressers.
