I was not told that returning the truck at 7:22 PM would cause me to be charged an additional day for the truck, furniture pads and equipment. I used the truck for 8 hours but got charged for 48 hours. That's not a reasonable business practice because there was no one waiting to rent the truck when the location was closed. I'll not use U-Haul in the future due to this issue.

This was my first Uhaul experience. I didn't expect to walk into a long line, frustrated customers, and late vehicles. On man stated that his trunk was given away to another customer. My appointment was at 5. I didn't leave with a trunk until after 6. I have never been around so many complaining customers.

Hire competent workers, stop overbooking, check rentals in before sending them out again. This place is a nightmare. The van I rented didn't even have a rearview mirror. I couldn't complete my move do to unsafe Uhaul vehicle

The truck I was assigned had no gas. After guesstimating the amount needed for my reservation, I ended up returning the truck with more gas in it than when I picked it up. I asked the reps for some sort of reimbursement but they acted as if my request made no sense. They refused to offer a discount of any kind and just directed me to call corporate or the store manager. We called corporate and they said they would follow up the next day. Instead the store manager called but I missed her call. When I called back, I went through a whole process of being put on hold, re telling my story and being connected/disconnected. After awhile I just hung up. I'll NEVER use uhaul again. I'll make sure to tell all my friends, family and coworkers as well.

I reserved a 20ft truck a week in advanced and when I came in first thing in the morning to pick it up, it was not available. The workers stated that 2 trucks were never returned and that they were short on trucks. All that they had available were 10ft trucks. I had no other choice but to take it even though it took my 3trips instead of 1 to move everything that I needed. It also took a while to do all of the paper and computer work. I sat in there for at least 30-40minutes before they could give me a truck. Was not very pleased.

The truck is on its last legs. The suspense is shot. For moving within an apartment complex, no big deal, but I was glad I did not need to travel local streets with my furniture with this truck.

PLEASE know your inventory. We went to this location having already reserved online, a 10' truck and a tow dolly for an AWD vehicle. The dolly was not on the premises and it would be a hassle trying to get it for pickup the next day.I would not be allowed to load the 10' foot truck first and pick up the tow dolly later. I would have to take both of them with me right then and there, had the dolly been available. This was a pain because the place where I was loading the truck had very limited space. Having been given information from a relative that personnel at UHAUL would assist us in loading the vehicle onto the dolly we were informed that this simply is not true. This policy should be changed and should be consistent company wide. There should also be help available for disabled individuals in assisting them with loading a vehicle onto a dolly if even at a nominal fee. The personnel at this facility were VERY professional in their duties aside from the aforementioned issues. The vehicle was clean and well maintained. I commend the staff for their efforts and would use the Northern Pkwy facility again.
