This location was not convenient for me. It was 15 miles from my house, which is much closer to the Route 40/Baltimore National Pike location. When I asked about a drop off to the closer location, I would have been charged extra for that option. Not cool.

The young lady at this location tried to tell me that I need to take my rental trailer to a different location and was upset that I was bringing to this location. I would never do business at this location. To top things off, the location appears to have deliberately charged me for an extra day by logging the drop off in at 9:30 am on 8-15-17 when I actually dropped it off at 6:45 pm on 8-14-17.

Have more than one person working and not have a customer wait in your lobby for over an hour. Do not overcharge my credit card and charge me for a dolly and furniture pads which I did not use or rent or have in my possession. Have an actual machine outside so ppl can report an actual return date and time and not rely on wifi and the internet as everyone does not have a device to do so, this will prevent from being over charged. And lastly do not put a customer that is returning equipment in front of a customer who was already waiting an hour. Worst experience ever! and I work in customer service... Horrible

I was set up to use the self-service app but it did not work. Also, they did not put the key in lock box so I had to wait an hour for the team to get their and give me the key. Also, the location was extremely disorganized and no one seemed to know what to do. I will be filing an official claim to get money back as I had to wait 2 plus hours to get my truck in total.

Too crowded and tough to pull in but the employees did their best to help. Equipment I picked up there a few weeks ago was much older and rusty compared to the hauler I picked up in Saco,ME. At least they have a new one now.

NOT handicap friendly at all!! Inside employees very polite and friendly when we returned truck 2 hrs early. However employee patience and respect on the lot would've helped older, disabled customer. Male employee blew horn as spouse walked as fast as possible to our personal vehicle. We were only on lot the time it takes to return equipment. No regard for customer obviously trying to get to vehicle. There is NOWHERE to park and Northern parkway traffic speeds past this location.

The problem I experienced was not with the staff, but I was self pick up and the system was not working and the vehicles were not set up for such a service. The lot size is small. Staff had to come in to assit me to get the truck and something that should have taken me a few minutes took 45minutes. Also, the drop off was just as long because the check in process via internet was long. The staff, although they were there could not check me in and the process for check in was long and drawn out. I was not happy with the self check in and out process. I would recommend for customer pick up using staff, not self pick up.

Very customer service oriented, this place was packed and very busy but yet they moved everybody through the line very quickly. They needed a vehicle that would go one way and we just happened to pull in at the same time, they were short and were able to get another family off to West Virginia right behind us.
