I received a confirmation email saying my truck was â€œreserved guaranteedâ€ for Saturday at 6:30 pm. I got there and the location was closed and locked. I talked to a rep on the phone who said the location closes at 5. I had to reschedule and change all my plans since my â€œguaranteedâ€ reservation wasn't available. Terrible experience.James G.
The issue is not with the location but with the reservation system! We were told one place for pickup and had to go to another. That process took 1.45 hour with moving guys waiting and costing us money! The guy at the place we actually picked it up said â€œThis happens all the time.â€ Ridiculous!WILLIAM P.

I reserved a 20 foot moving truck to be picked up at 11 AM. When I arrived at the location, the door was locked and there was no one inside. I was told that the Manager had left the office to go to the bank. One of the employees that parks and cleaned the trucks assisted me with checking out my reserved truck. He had a little training, but was not able to answer all of my questions although the tried his best to assist. I also wanted to rent moving blankets and was told that they only had blankets for purchase, not renting. The truck I received clearly had not been swept, as there were coins left on the floor. The drop off was timely. I was in and out in no time.LEE E.
Simply, pick up the darn phone when called and don't transfer a customer to the 1800 number unnecessarily. Have adequate staff on hand to assist customers when picking up and dropping off equipment and not just have the manager.do everything. You are understaffed which needs rectifying.. The manager, Anthony, was COMPLETELY RUDE and told us to our face he didn't want us there. We made a reservation for a location that doesn't close until 7, showed up at 4:30 (our exact reservation time) and he tried to make us leave. He tried to say he had a party to go to and they close at 5. (Mind you, it was 30 minutes BEFORE 5 o clock. The entire time we were at the counter he was complaining and cussing about how he â€œhad to f***ing be somewhereâ€ and how we were holding him up from his partying.
