Give the actual address of the pick up, the address is incorrect and if I had not called prior I would have never found the pick up location. Operator was friendly and helpful.

Kathryn LI would never recommend none of these locations to anyone the way I was treated the worst customer service ever the worst treatment worst experience I’ve had using U-Haul company. I do want to leave a refund. I filled up my tank to where it was supposed to be, and then I was charged with a $50 fee.
