Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThis man there I don’t remember his name, but he was very personal. He made it easy to rent and helped you all the way till the process was complete.. I definitely would recommend this location. I do want to say that the Searcy location where I live seems like they have some issues there that gentlemen, which I don’t remember his name either. Seemed very impersonal, not wanting to help much. So I think it would be important for y’all to know you need to check in on that location SEARCY but as far as ball knob, that man was excellent.
Dwight PI had reserved a truck at another location (15 miles from where I needed it to start moving from, there was no local pickup location) When I arrived, the location was not open although they were suppose to be. The location was sketchy to say the least. The trucks were all blocked in by other vehicles. There was no key for the vehicle, let alone know which one was meant for me. There was also no signal so using the uhaul app was not possible . I called uhaul customer service. The representative for uhaul was unable to contact the lot owner, so I was moved across town to this location. They did not have the vehicle size I needed at the new one, so I had to downsize to a pull behind which didn't save money in the long run. The original renting location was Whatleys,in Bald Knob Arkansas. The new locations owner was very helpful and nice. I would definitely recommend B and T. A+
Alena BExcellent transaction. I had brought the wrong size hitch ball and he even took the hitch ball off his truck for my use. I appreciated it very much.
robert gThe transaction of dropping off my trailer was plain and simple.
