This facility and employees are great...honestly, they are friendly and hard-working. The problem is NOT them; it is the corporate dictate that is making them look as if they DON"T perform well and are inefficient. You have a system that allows rental reservations online. You encourage your online customers to 'check-in' early to avoid waiting for long periods of time at the uHaul location BUT it doesn't work that way. I spend over $10,000 annually on truck uHaul truck rentals....early check-in means nothing; it does NOT reduce the time it takes to check out the trucks I have rented and pre-checked-in. To make it even more difficult, now there is a new requirement to provide a secondary contact number on the reservation that the agent MUST call and confirm prior to releasing the truck!! This takes an incredibly long amount of time for agents to explain and confirm. I understand that theft is an issue for uHaul BUT if a customer is returning customer with a solid record, it makes no sense that they are not treated in a more efficient way. How about a 'gold' renter category whereby all of these safe-guards are not required by those who qualify and access to vehicles is readily available? There has to be a more efficient way to release vehicles in a timely manner. Just to name my most recent rental experience: truck was reserved two days prior for a 10:00 am pick-up, I pre-checked in for the reservation, arrived at the location at 10:50, checked the truck out at 11:00 am....this cost me valuable time but more important, the uHaul employees were under tremendous stress as they tried to work as fast as possible with agitated customers waiting in long lines while they attempted to satisfy their corporate requirements. I have commented before on this issue to no apparent avail. For real, I am not complaining to be complaining....this system has got to change....it is inefficient and unreasonable to expect your customers to continue to be faithful. Thank you for your time

They need to get more employees so we don't have to wait in line a long period of time we need to figure out a way to get the customer out of there more quickly

When we got there after an early check in, we had to wait for 45 mins to an hour. There were only 2 people working on a busy Sunday morning. When we finally got the truck there were no furniture dollys or blankets. I had reserved 2 dollys and 12 blankets. When the guy asked us what was wrong we asked about the additional items. We 1 dolly and the blankets. We ended up going to home depot for an additional dolly. Why reserve online if the items are not there when you get there?

Check your vehicles better.We had to return the truck and get another as the trans light was on and the the gas tank was leaking.However , the people at the location were helpful and very professional-they refunded the gas and gave me another truck-It did cost me 2 hrs loader wages , waiting for the other truck.

People need to pay more attention... was quoted price and it changed , truck had less then 1/2 tank as noted on paperwork at pick up ... was given incorrect information on type of truck I would be picking up . Thank you

I was very upset with my experience. First, they said it had half a tank of gas which was my true! Then the girl that was checking the vehicle in tried to say I went 30 miles. I went 11 miles, and was only gone maybe 30 min. She called my son in law a liar. I feel Uhaul is very unfair, and takes advantage of people. I was not the only person in the store with a complaint!!

as a home stager, i am a frequent uhaul truck renter...i almost exclusively use the white lane location not only because they are great to work with but the facility is in close proximation to my storage warehouse...i often reserve a truck ahead of time, prepay, and send my drivers to pick it up...yesterday's experience was different....my driver was not allowed to pick up the truck unless he paid for it with his own credit card...i was already at the work site location and the uhaul staff would not take my card number over the phone...i had to send another employee to the uhaul location with my credit card and id AND even then, he had to call me to FaceTime so that the uhaul clerk could see that my face matched my driver's license....come on...can't there be some easier way to confirm payment??? early check-in seems to do nothing and, i'm sorry, but for customers who have rented, rented, rented over and over again, can't there be a more 'user-friendly' way? there may be other truck rental companies that don't make their good customers jump through hoops just to get a truck...thank you for your consideration of this matter...fran gunner

Please make sure the trucks are in working condition, and that they are actually checked back in. We had to borrow a second truck because our first one broke down due to motor failure, and then I got a call two days later saying that I never turned in the second truck, even though I made sure with the manager everything was taken care of before I left. Everything worked out, but the stress of everything was not worth it.

I would of like to see the inside of the truck clean and wipe down it was a little dusty inside. Another thing I would to see is a full tank of gas the first thing I had to do once I pick uo the truck was fueled up that should be on call for. Customer service was very good on the phone and over the counter and simple return process if I could rate this location it would be 4/5

Call and made reservations the truck was ready for pickup there were no hidden fees, asked if we needed a hand truck, or anything else such as rope, tape, boxes. Even gave us location for gas station and a good restaurant. They even helped us choose the dropped off location that would suit us best. From the start to finished the customer service was superb I had two people helping me one had to go to lunch while the other finished up for her yet both customer service reps gave the best service I was just amazed how they made me feel like I was number one. They both were very knowledgeable at their jobs. GREAT JOB U-Haul crew your awesome!!!!

Price for rental was way over the top. I had to pay a huge one way fee cause it not coming back to California. But the trailer I rented was registered in Texas?? You guys are just creaming the one way fee when shouldn’t be an issue since it’s nit like you are paying a driver to deliver that exact trailer back to the same location.
