Trailer had a bunch of dirt and leaves from the previous renter. Also while i was being helped through the rental process the employees kept having a separate conversation about a stolen U-Haul truck which made the check out process even longer. They literally talked about that and paperwork that needed to be filed and uploaded into the system the whole time. When i finally got outside the guy that hooked up the trailer was more concerned about going home, he kept telling me that he needed to go home because he was off already and shouldn’t be out there. As a customer i did not feel valued. Every staff member i encountered that morning was so unprofessional and unorganized. It is the worst location and experience i have had with U-Haul.

I ask to drop off the truck and only request my receipt but the guy was really rude and with bad attitude because they was hurrie to close

Figure out a way to arrange for more customer parking. (I happen to have a handicapped plate, so I was able to park in the only remaining spot while we returned the truck.

A little slow on the check in as the place was packed. Could have had another individual working the counter. The gentleman who was did an excellent job keeping things moving.

The woman that I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. I rented a pick up to haul some things to the dump. It was a brand new pick up that I rented. I was able to load everything I needed to haul in the truck I only needed the truck for a few hours. The price was fair. I saved a hundred dollars or more by renting the truck and hauling it myself. I will come back to this Uhaul location next time I need to haul something.

During my check in process, 3 handler type employees were sitting around texting on their cell phones. 1 such employee was setting near the check in counter, spinning himself around on a stool to entertain hinself. Amanda was doing the yard doing the heavy work. Once through the lengthy check-in process everything went fine. The facility needs work and supervision is lacking

They told me the truck had 1/4 tank of gas in it. It was on empty. I went back in to get it sorted out, but it took them 30 min to get through 4 people to straighten my order out. They offered me a $37 fuel voucher to bring the truck up to a 1/4 tank. 1/4 of a tank is 14 gallons. That comes out to $2.70/gal, over a dollar less per gallon than you can find in SoCal. 14 gallons at current gas station prices ($3.80/gal) comes out to $53.20. So not only did it take close to an hour to rent a truck, they tried to remedy an empty tank by trying to charge me an extra $17. I had to ask for another truck that already had gas in it. then filled it back up to the level at which I received it. I would suggest you actually meet market prices for gas where it is being rented, or actually use the gas money you charge people to actually put gas back in the trucks.

Asking to call a second party reference at time of pick up is not a consumer friendly policy and quite frankly burdens the consumer when it is not needed. I will look for a different moving option form this point forward.

Benjamin Madina the assistant manager needs to go back to customer service training tried to charge me $50 for 19miles worth of fuel. When I pointed out his error he steadfastly refused to use a bit of common sense and addresse the issue. I had to call the district manager Todd Ferriea and he immediately saw the error. Mr Medina thought he was doing me a favor by not trying to charge me $50 for two gallons of gas. When I con fronted in person he acted like he was doing ME the favor. I little common sense on mr Medina’s part could have saved a phone call to the store manager, district manager And not make me feel the need to issue this complaint. Mr Medina is a BONEHEAD of the highest order. I would not leave him in charge of a pre school class much less an operation with millions of dollars of equipment and responsible for about 10 employees. BONEHEAD. The only good thing he did was intervene when a customer tried to come to his defense and inject himself (customer) into a situation he had no cause to be in.

Fast and friendly service very helpful nice attitude first time renting here and this will be my place to rent a uhaul from now on. I will say that everybody there deserves a pay raise for the excellent job they do I hope that management reads this and takes the pay raise into consideration.

I was charged $48 for fuel. My total mileage was 29 miles. I put $25 in before returning the vehicle. I called to dispute the charge and was told that someone from "front desk" would be calling me. The call never came. I will not be using uhaul again. I will also let everyone I know, how I was unjustly charged.

I didn’t receive the dolly I paid to rent, and it caused me a lot of unnecessary labor. The location was crowded looked in organized and I waited 45 minutes in line

Wished the girl was more clear about the charges. $191.00 for the truck and $57.00 for boxes, is what we though we paid the day we picked up the truck. NOT true. She NEVER said that $191.00 was a hold on our card and could take days to get returned and would be charged the correct charges until we brought the truck back. MORE CLARIFICATION on your charges!! We had to talk to Ben the manager to clear thing up. Hope he finialy talked to that girl.
