I dropped off the truck and was accommodated by this gentlemen who wasn't really helpful. He was quoting me of an $80 charge and didn't guide me when I removing my car from the daully that almost caused damaged to my tire. So he told me to pay inside, and there I was helped by Ben who is completely the opposite of the other gentlemen. Ben was so helpful, resolved all the issues, and just made my experience completely awesome. I walked out with a happy face and will sure recommend this place. I was not given the opportunity to do a walk around/ inspection of the cargo van before it was assigned to me. When I was ready to leave I got inside my cargo van and it severely smelled of cigarette smoke. I thought I'd be ok, but it was so fresh and embedded in the truck, that I had to practically drive with my head outside the windowwindow or else I was coughing and gagging. I feel like you should have a no smoking policy because cigarette smell is not everybody's cup of tea!!!!!

Have more than one person operating at the counter. There were so many people in line this morning that I had to wait 45 minutes just to get my turn at the counter - ridiculous to just have one staff member operating the counter in a situation like that. Also, when I did finally reach the counter and informed the staff member that I had reserved a trailer, I was immediately sent to get the trailer hooked up and then return. There is no problem with that, however, I was not told to return to the counter and therefore felt compelled to stand in line again. Altogether, I was in the U-Haul office this morning for more than an hour-and-a-half, all for a trailer that I had reserved and was theoretically waiting for me. Shameful, ridiculous, and definitely not an experience I want to repeat ever again.

Customer service can be improved. When I turned in my rental the worker did not clearify any other charges. This was my first time renting from here and I felt like I was rushed which is not what you would like being a first time customer. I am not sure I would rent from here again.

U recieved the vehicle with 1/8 of a tank of gas. Had to go to the gas station after about 10 miles. I had the vehicle an extra 3 hours and was told I would be charged and additional $39.00 And was charged $59.00. The lack of communication was at my expense.

The employee there Ryan Prince refused my return, was rude, and even seemed to take a confrontational stance toward me. Luckily the site manager intervened and took care of my return. I have a rental scheduled for next week and will now be canceling it. I will never use uhaul again!

I did get a call from the 1800 number stating that I didn't return my trailer. I did in fact return my trailer as we discussed after hours at 10:15pm or so. I waved at that camera to acknowledge my presence. I was never told to come back on the following day. I have done this about 4 or 5 times. That was my only challenge this time.

slow at check in (approx 50 min.), truck was beat up pretty badly, maintenance lights, dirty, and definitely had mechanical problems. I asked if we needed to note it on the paperwork when I was checking out, and I was told to "just take some pictures on your phone if you are worried about it," which was a little concerning. Drop off was easy since I was able to park and lock the vehicle and put it in the key drop instead of dealing with an actual person. Employees didn't seem happy to be there, and were very distracted with everything except fast and efficient customer service. I've been to this location before, but am convinced I will pick another location nextx time around.
