We dropped off truck after hours. When we did online checkout, I was told I would be billed fuel to the tune of $127.73. I disagreed because when we picked up truck in Fresno there was NO GAS. We put $80 in it at a Valero station before leaving Fresno. We returned the truck with MORE gas than when we picked it up!!DWIGHT C.

Made a reservation by phone same day. Paid prior on credit card. When i arrived to pick up,told no trucks available. I mentioned that i called. The response i got was" you didn't call here because nobody is answering the phones. As it turned out there was a truck reserved.Russell C.

I had an issue using the app when returning. The truck was full, but I was charged for fuel. I may have incorrectly stated that the vehicle was not full. I sent a message to to the location through the app, but I was still charged for the fuel. I also didn't use the entire 100 miles I estimated. Receiving contracts via email was great, but I didn't receive anything to verify the final charges at check-in.Johnny C.

The location did not have a furniture dolly available. The second thing is if UHAUL needs to call a family member to make sure I'm using the truck for a move, please make people aware of that online. Original trailer was squeezed into a spot the attendant could not get it out so I was given a different trailer and new paperwork. Upon trying to return after hours that evening, I discovered the paperwork was wrong and it did not have my name on it. I was unable to complete the turn I and had to go back the following morning. Almost 10 people in line and only one attendant at the counter working diligently. Finally someone was about to help me with my return.Kathleen G.
