The trailer i rented had a rear tail light out and a marker light broken these should have already been fixed before i rented it out and also it seems they were shorthanded with custoner swevice having to wait about 29-25 minutes to be helpedt other than that i would still recommend this store because of the affordable prices and great stock of supplies.Victor G.

I requested a trailer from one facility they didn't have one and were unable to check other local uhauls had any available and they couldn't offer I direct phone number no store I called answered leaving me to drive from location to location asking if one was available when I arrived to this location I visually noticed over several car dolly's and at least two full trailers they were unable to offer either trailer to me for the request three days I needed and was told they have to contact corporate and that they would get back to me at a later time just to be told that I could return to the same place to get the dolly they obviously hadJESSE E.
The lock was not usable on the back. And the windshield wipers made the vision to see a lot harder in the rain. And the uhaul was older and would make sounds like the transmission was going to slip. It was a hoopty from arizona. And they didnt have any 20ft or 26ft trucks in stock. So i had to get a fifteen footer. But it got the job done. I went online uploaded my license and all of the information to speed up the process and it still took me 45 minutes to get my trailer hooked up and then it took me almost an hour to return it ridiculous, my parents used to have a U-Haul dealership and they never gave such bad service as I got todayTerry E.

Always understaffed. IF 2 lines are open it still takes an hour to get out with just a trailer. Then they always call a reference to confirm that im not a thief. Then after finalizing all that nonsense they want me to come back in for something else. Always 100% lame. Dropping off is almost as bad and time consuming as renting. Terrible management.DAVID W.
First time I went to that location the internet for uhaul was down so I had to return the next day because I could not reserve or rent a vehicle. When I came the next day they had some lady who you can tell needs more training on renting vehichles to people she was super slow constantly calling someone on the phone for advice constantly. i waited like 45 minutes in line to get my vehicle. The girl who checked me in was lazy I tried to add my nephew as a driver just put the contract in his name. The guy who check me in was rude. I realized a week later something was left in the truck as I was sick and I've left TWO messages and today is 4-19 and I've been on hold for over 45 minutes for close to an hour first with reservation now customer service to make a complaint as the location I dealt with Still hasn't returned my calls!!! The only person that was sweet was the little girl( young lady who helped me when she gave me a copy of my receipt and helped me get a broken mirror that had broken. A long mirror. She kindly put it in my trunk as I use a walker!!! I was so impressed!!! She was a cashier!!! I didn't get her name and I wish I would have!!! She was AWESOME!!! The guy who checked me in was a total checked me in was a TOTAL A@@HOLE!!!! NOT willing to help at all laughing at me!!! I'm disabled!!! Really??? And now I can't get a response from this location!!! I first rented when moving from Mexico. It was in June it might of been the 4th or the 6th back in 2017. Then at the end of Dec I told my daughter to rent a Uhaul as I was in the hospital and needed to move my things and now on April 3, I just wanted to add my nephew my nephew as a driver but the girl just put the contract under his name. I just spent an hour and a half on the phone and got NOTHING resolved!!! I guess while you're getting the money you guys are semi treating your customers good but other wise treat them like crap and don't get back to them???? Screw their needs right!!!
