Debbie FNothing wrong with the location in La Grande. My problem is with the traffic manager in Boise. Promised me a taxi ride from zla Grande to Bakr because they didn’t get a truck there. (Reservation was made 2 months ago) Ended up stranded. No taxi, as this guy altered my reservation with out an “agreement” He also promised to reduce the cost to $99 gir the “inconvenience” (I was still charged full price) Picked up my Truck in a Differebt town and immediately had to fill it up. $100 in two blocks and 3 mins from pick up. This manager, should be fired. Made all sorts of promises.. Altered my contract (legal and binding without my permission.
Mark GPaul was the Best. Quite helpful from start to finish. Daniel on my phone at the help center was excellent too !
Benjamin BPick up was delayed over an hour because of Uhaul installing new software that did not function properly. Shame on you for having your people in the field endur such a tough situation.
