The truck bed was not swept so it was dusty with some visible dirt. Since it was parked next to another truck taking pictures of that side was very hard. The mobile pick up was super time consuming and took about 25 minutes. Then, when returning the truck, the mobile app would not upload any of the pictures of the dash, so did not complete my return, despite returning my keys on time. I called 800 number, told them, asked if my return would in fact go through, they said yes. No one said I had to go online to finish it. 6 days later I see I charge for another day and a half rental which I had to call and get reversed. Seems easier to go to a Uhaul center. However, location was right next to our storage.

The place was a Third party U-Haul (Tire business).. Very unprofessional…Customer Service from the U-Haul company was a nightmare. Wanted me to pick up the wrong wring truck at one of their locations about an hour away. Inexcusable!!!
