While the rental service was good, in general Uhaul needs to get trucks with better gas mileage. These trucks are gas guzzlers. And maybe lower the per mile charges. $1.39 per mile is too high.

After my initial guaranteed rental from B&B FURNITURE OUTLET LLC fell through, the female agent from WESTERN FLORIDA Regional Traffic Office: (941) 359-2413 found a trailer at RTC on her computer, but would not call to make sure it was acrually there and it was late in the day (her call came in at 3:40pm) and.I was scheduled for a 4pm pickup. When I asked, she said that was not her job and her work was done! Working with her was the worst customer service experience! She did not represent UHAUL well and I have been a regular customer since 1988 as a military mover.
Robert LThis satalite location is a one man operation. It was terrible with numerous issues. It took two days and back and forth trips to finally get the trailer. Also they were not able to provide any help securing my vehicle on the trailer.
Kenneth SRenting it was easy. When I went to return, the person wasn’t there and I wasn’t comfortable with leaving it without processing it in. When I called uhaul they walked me through the return process without waiting on the owner to return.
