Gerry JStaff was friendly, and offered any assistance if needed. The app worked well for returning the vehicle without going inside. The location is great, and enough parking to leave my personal car there while we moved. My only recommendation is the app, it's slow and laggy, and not the easier to use. Update app, and easy 5 stars.
Linda WThe drop off experience. The process for returning the vehicle after hours waa brutal. The site for returning the truck kept crashing, wasnt able to get my code, had to redo the drop off form over and over again.
