I had a reservation to pick up the trailer at one address, but they do not supply trailers because of lack of space. I had do go to another place to pick it up. Very undesirable place. He was a little short with other customers when he was helping me. Seemed frustrated. A lot of traffic in parking lot with food trucks there serving their customers. First trailer I hooked up to the lights didn't work. The second trailer luckily they did work. He was very pushy wanting me to give him a 5 star review. I would give him a 2 star. He was helpful to me going through the steps to complete the rental process and explaining what I was doing and why. Omitted stars do to parking lot and very dirty trailers that did not work properly.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulAfter some struggle with computer, we were sent to this location. The man working by him self, he was very delightful, good customer skills. We had to wait; but was worth it!!

David EThe rep did not go over charges with me and he tried to charge me for 2 extra rental days when I returned the truck the same day also charged me a safe move of $45 when I declined any extra charges. He also pressured us to leave a review for his vacuum shop where he remts the Uhaul trucks from.
Dystanee FIncredibly helpful staff for navigating the tedious UHaul software. I had individual attention through the entire process of renting attaching and driving off safely.
