KENEDY GAt least the boy was nicer and they had trucks available. But they need more cleaning. I had to clean it a little before delivering it because I wanted to avoid any problems. But it was quite dirty.
JOSE GThe absolute worst experience I have ever had. The guy was so rude, it was as if I was an inconvenience to him. They did not have any moving supplies such as boxes, tape, wrapping papers, etc. he gave us a truck with the trailer on it and told us to just take it (I never ordered a trailer and didn't want the trailer). It took some convincing before he finally said he would take the trailer off. I should have just left when I first had the initial this feels so wrong and terrible feeling. I ended up getting it phone calls for days afterwards saying I still have not dropped off the truck when I dropped it off within the time frame I rented it for. Everything about this experience was awful and I will never go to that place again.

Shannon ZThe process to pick up the Uhaul took way too long because the Uhaul app asked for TOO many requirements. It even asked for stupid verifications like calling someone you know so that person could verify that they know you. We also rented furniture pads, but they weren't on the truck, so I had to go inside to ask for them and waited for an hour (no joke), but the guy at the entrance said I had to call the manager (I have no idea why) until I suggested taking the ones in front of the entrance. Terrible service.

Renee CThe gentleman that help me was extremely helpful. I was super nervous about driving my truck and pulling the trailer because I had never done that and I was going to California and he put me at ease he gave me posters on what to do. He was able to calm my nerves a lot. I am very thankful for him.

joliyah bStaff at this location was friendly. One of the tire straps on the auto carrier was 6" too short to go into the ratchet. Used my own strap. No big deal. Uhaul as a corporation is a JOKE! Called me 2 days before my cross country move to inform me that they didn't have my truck or auto transport. Total nightmare! Had to drive 2 hours to pick up my rental. I will definitely never use uhaul again.

deanna BThe gentleman was very friendly and helpful when discussing our truck and the issues we had. My husband and I are firm believers that your return something in better condition than you took. We swept the cab and trailer before we returned it. The truck was returned in the shape it should have been when we picked it up.

Ibrahim ANothing! Tom did an amazing job making sure I was aware of everything i needed to know as well as answering any questions i had. I was well taken care of from beginning all the way until i turned the truck in and was greeted with a smile. My experience was amazing and i only hope that y'all take care of Tom as well as he takes care of business.

henry kThis is a dangerous location. There were people smoking pot in the parking lot when I dropped the truck off, there were liquor bottles which I took a picture of to document. I was concerned about my rental equipment being taken out of the back of the rental truck.

Jamey PEverything went well, the customer service was excellent. The only problem I had was at check in time. I spent an 90 minutes trying to check the truck in after hours and still was not able to check it in until the next day. Very disappointed by that.

Frederick FMale employee working at the counter was incredibly rude and aggressive with me and other customers in the store (specifically an elderly woman in front of me with a few simple questions). He was unhelpful and unnecessarily aggressive when asked simple questions. I would never recommend this store to anyone and was very troubled to see how this employee treats customers.
Mason KDealer at this location was nice but does not outweigh the headache of the U-Haul experience. After driving 3 hours to pick up the truck because U-Haul overbooked, I was given an extra day with the truck. Then upon arriving ahead of my scheduled drop off, the U-Haul system tried charging me for an additional day. Dealer could not see why they were charging me extra as U-Haul has very poor communication within their system. Dealer put charge on hold and scheduled someone from customer service to call me and no one ever did. They just charged my card again for the extra day and then refused to refund me until I asked to be transferred to someone higher. I can't recommend U-Haul
Tavyn HReserved a 20ft truck and they did not have it. Also got charged for mileage and another day when I already returned it.
James SThe truck would not start when I went to pick it up. I notified the worker about the issue, he came to try to start the truck it still would not start. The worker then told me to hold on as if he was getting help. He never retuned and to help me. I was then told he closed for the day and left and took the key to the truck. I called customer service all they did was get me another reservation for another truck, which I did need because I still needed a truck for my move. But the truck was all the way across town which was more mileage and gas charges for me. I was still charged for the first truck that did not start and have yet to be refunded for it. This was a big inconvenience for me and my movers. My movers also charged me extra for their time being delayed due to me not having the truck on time. This was all very frustrating and stressful. I am very disappointed.
Latasha WI rented two dollys and it wasn't in the truck. I live on a second floor and when I moved I had to move box by box and it would have been helpful to have them. I got charged for them too.
Ronnie BI will never go back to U-Haul again. This was a terrible experience I pre-booked moving blankets, moving dollies and other moving stuff the day that I picked up the truck. None of that was available if I would've known that in advance I would've went somewhere else.

Stephanie TThe location is not at fault. The scheduling/reservation system is the issue. I ended up going to 4 different U-Haul locations to find a trailer, spending 3 hours (when I expected only to take 15 min) and driving 40 miles (vs 4 miles) to pick up a trailer. I would appreciate if someone would call me to discuss - 580-574-4315.

Richard dThere was a mixup with the trailer location and we were hours late for pickup but he was extremely nice and helpful and kept the trailer past pickup time for us.
Joanna MPick up was scheduled at 9 am but no one there to check out the equipment till 9:30 then they said as long as you're here by 6 pm someone be here to check your equipment back in. Wouldn't you know it 5:30 pm door closed again. Pretty much do it yourself location. Do yourself a favor go penske.
Peter PMy equipment was not in the truck I had to travel to another location and they charged me miles for it. They then charged me for 3 days when I only had the truck for 2 days. I disputed the charges and was told someone would contact me and instead they charged me the full amount and never heard from anyone.
Kaeci MI have a case manager already re assigned. The truck there was left with a plastic container under the truck. We moved it not suspecting anything. We were left with 9 miles DTE. Then when I got to the gas station and started filling the truck up I realized a few gallons in that it was just spilling out completely. (Not a leak but a full on spill coming from the gas pump to the ground). I was lucky to be actively by the pump to notice it. The fire department had to be called. I was on the verge of calling 911 to file a report and get legal involved due to the gross negligence done by whom ever left the black bucket there. (It's all in the pictures that were uploaded). The only reason I didn't presue a 911 call was because of an initial call to the road side assistance lady and she was so helpful and understanding. Got the new truck ready. Oh and none of the equipment I ordered was given or put in the truck. Overall terrible experience and it was my first time with uhaul and my last. Stressful, time consuming with call center and the Aurora location. Even before picking up the truck experience was terrible.

Katie Mdon't rent U-Hauls that don't have gas in them you'll spend at least $30 putting it at a 1/4 tank and won't see a discount.
Lakesha kIssues with the customer service when contacted regarding a mechanical issue on the rental truck. Person I spoke to was not very customer oriented and felt as though I was bothering her.

Manuel GIf you need a truck, you need a truck. This place has them. My rental wasn't really cleaned on the inside and I didn't check it out before driving away, my mistake. Sticky stuff on the floor, smelled like smoke inside, fast food cups, and I think the moms attic had a leak, my dresser drawer had some water in it when I unloaded it.

Russell BThe engine light was on and I kept getting a message to tighten the gas cap. It did not affect the functioning of the truck in any way. However, if I was going to be driving a far distance, I would not have felt comfortable.
