Justin and all the workers across the board were a step above the other locations. I was dealing with the one on S Havana which is. Poor one. But this on near 225 is wonderful I changed my reservation to one more day and it was quick and painless please try them. A hard place to get into but. Worth it

We called the number. The lady never told us the pickup location was different than the one we requested. When she told us where we said no but she had already put it through and refused to change it. That wed have to call a differwnt number. The truck itself did great. But it was dirty inside and outside. The mileage on our contract was NOT the mileage on the dash. You could tell the team was busy and stressed. The manager of that location and the new girl did their best and were very polite. However, the call center should work on communicating all details and changes than what we were discussing. Thank you.

Sorry to say computers where down. I was to pick up truck at 8:30. Didn’t get truck until 9:30. They really tried to help but couldn’t. They did reduce some things to off set delay. If computers were working they would have been great.

Original drop-off location given tome when I left riverside was K & J Mart on Peoria in Denver. Arrived at the gas station to find a sales clerk for the station but no Uhaul employee. She had no idea how to unload neither my car nor the car carrier. When advised of this, I called the Riverside location and was to get a call back. When I did, the female told me the clerk should know how to do these things (I again said she told us she did not) but if she didn't, the female could direct me by phone on how to do these things. Instead, I found the Colfax location and a very nice lady at corporate, Jennifer at 1-877-245-2581, cleared it so that I could drop the trailer AND truck at the Colfax location. She was very helpful, patient, and a life-saver. The personnel at the Colfax location were helpful, efficient, and professional. Can't say enough good things about them. A pleasure to do business with them. Please see that Nathan, Jennifer, and the guys at the Colfax location are recognized for their efforts on my behalf. Not sure how someone can represent Uhaul without knowing what to do or how to do it (K&J Mart).

I am a very unhappy customer.  From someone that has moved 16 times in the last 20 plus years, I have almost exclusively used UHaul for local as well as interstate moves.  This was by far the worst experience I have ever had.   1) I had reserved moving help and they cancelled the day before.  I reserved another one, attempted to call them, they picked up and then hung up and then texted that they had to cancel as well.  Now I have over $800 in fees to moving help and no movers and nobody to help resolve the issue.  I know you try and distance your company as only a facilitator but you now have a big problem on your hands as I blame you and your systems / and how you select these vendors.  Instead of getting a poor rating by showing up late, they are overbooking themselves and then cancelling at the last minute.   2) I still have yet to be refunded from the first mover that cancelled on me.  That was on 7/27 that I contacted them and was told it would be refunded.  The 2nd mover that cancelled a day later, has been refunded.  I sent another message to moving support to get that refund.  3rd attempt today to get the original order refunded - this sucks. 3) 30 minutes before i was scheduled to pick up my truck, U haul and called and told me my equipment would not be available at the time / location I had selected and pre-booked.  She also told me that I would get a $50 credit for not having the equipment. That $50 credit HAS NOT been processed as far as I can tell on my bank statements, nor can I see the deduction on the contract.    4) Further, $50 does not cover the excess miles that I had to drive to pick up the truck on the time / day I had reserved.  Nor does it cover the additional 1.5 - 2 hours that it took me to drive all the way to northern Aurora (on a Friday night at 4:30pm) to pick up the truck when the one i reserved was 5 miles away and no traffic involved.   5) Then the new location did not have an appliance dolly that I had also reserved but told me that there were two other locations within 3-5 miles of their location that I could 'check' with to see if they had one.  I asked the clerk to call the one on I70 and make sure they had one before driving over there. So I had to drive another 7 miles (round trip) and waste that time to go to a 2nd location (again nowhere near where I lived or was moving to) to pick up an appliance dolly that should have been with my reservation.   6) And the $50 still has not been credited for not having my equipment ready and at my location.  Should I expect another $50 credit for not having the appliance dolly?  So, as I expect to move probably another 10 times in my life as well as my son that has just turned 21 and got to experience this first hand and deal with the consequences of it - you have lost a lot of future business.  You should credit my entire invoice for the hassle that you put me and my family through.  I'll definitely be looking elsewhere when either my work changes locations o

I went in on Saturday August 18th. Both the mananger and associate were so helpful. Was my first time ever renting from U-Haul. I was very impressed and well taken care of on my experience. I would definitely recommend again. Then returning the vehicle they were both busy due to lots of customer traffic and let everybody know that they will get to them as soon as possible and they were very professional and polite about it. So I want to say thank you to the employer's I encountered on my visit, and I hope they get the recognition they deserve!

Very disappointed with this experience. Upon arrival I asked the 2 UHaul Associates if I should check-in via the App or with them. They told me to use the App (apparently they needed to get outside for their morning cigarettes). I proceeded with the App, but it appeared to "lock-up". The Associates commented that their "system sucks" (but let me continue using it). After waiting for a few more minutes (App still not finishing process) AND once they finished their morning cigarettes... one of them told me to come inside, that I could check-in inside via his terminal!!! WHAT....??? Seriously? Why didn't he just do that in the first place. And save me the 15 minutes messing around with it. Very POOR customer service! I have not rented from UHaul in a long time... and for your sake, I sure hope this isn't your new normal.
