Called to drop off on Friday - no answer. Left a message and never heard back. Called again Friday afternoon and talked to someone. They said they would be there all day Saturday and I could drop it off. When I arrived Saturday, couldn't find anyone in the unlocked office, and nobody answered the phone. Took almost an hour to drop the trailer off & had to call the 800# and use the website to check it in. Very disappointing. No way I would use this location again & not sure that I will use Uhaul again.

No one was there or answering the phone when I dropped the trailer off even though it was during business hours. The location was very sketchy.
Sharice M.The location needs a Uhaul sign on the office or directions at the front gate, because I had no real clue where I was going. I pulled in the gate and parked in a pick-n-pull like location started walking around. I almost left, but that's when a man came out and asked if he could help me. The man was very helpful and friendly (date 05OCT22). He is the reason I will recommend the location. Definitely great people here.
