When I got here they told me I couldn't take the trailer because UPS already had rented it. Lucky I already paid for it online.
I tried to book online so that I could drop off at a location that would have saved me 40$. When I tried to book the site told me the equipment wasnt available which wasnt true because when I went to location there were plenty. The clerk in ga told me that I could choose the drop off when I arrived in Ny. My point is that I was charged the full price and wasn't given the choice of the cheaper drop location like I had requested. I feel as though I wasntafforded the same opportunity that I couldve gotten thru website. When I called the 800 # the csr basically said there was nothing she could do about it which I think was absolute bullshit! As for overall experience I would like a refund for the cheaper location. We both know that people dont move north nearly as often as south from NY and I did you as much of a favor as you did for me!!
Waited an hour to be served as one employee did not have computer access. It was very busy and only one functioning employee. This is ridiculous. Several people left after waiting more than 30 minutes. Very frustrating. The employee who served me did a great job once he got to me.
This location needs more help. I reserved a truck, did online check-in and still had to wait 45 minutes while your agent dealt with an apparent first time renter. Also I do not like the two wheel dolly and pads taking up space.
Customer service is very very slow always when renting a uhaul , it shouldn't always take 30 minutes to an hour to get a rental .... need more staff that's a bit faster had more than 3 customers in line behind me waiting and I had a reservation and still was a slow process....
This location is awesome and the staff was extremely fast and friendly . I was impressed with the customer service that I received.... don't know what can be improved at this point... except maybe a better reception area that reflects a more professional environment... but overall , I was totally satisfied !!
However I didn't appreciate my deposit being taken. A uhaul place is a uhaul place it shouldn't matter where you turn it in as long as you receive it. I may have to use you once more to go back to Savannah Ga but I will not after that.

I had a reservation when I got there the truck wasn't ready then the next day I look at my bank statement and they charged me twice and when I called the manager was very rude about it and wouldn't give me my money back
The only thing I was concerned about was when I brought the truck back I didn't know if I put the keys in the right place, but I didn't get a call or text from you all so I must have done it right. Other than that I have no complaints wonderful service.

Mgr Alvin great! I love how he gave encouragement and support to his staff. Made me want a supervisor like that! Very helpful to me as the customer as well. CSR Latasha was very kind and very helpful. Gave recommendations. Great interaction with other staff and customers. I felt valued as a customer. The Inside of the facility was very clean. I am planning to move my items from another local storage facility to this location for the Indoor climate control that is just how impressed I was with the professionalism of the staff, the value and cleanliness of the facility. The only thing I don't like (which Uhaul has no control over) is all of the homeless people constantly around in the vicinity asking for money but I will say the staff does a GREAT job of keeping them away from the facility Itself. Will definitely recommend this locatIon to family and friends.

The wait time wasnt cool and i put too much gas in when i returned it and when i called about it they said its up to the gm which i dont feel like its fair because if i didnt fill it up they would have took it out my deposit

Hire new workers. The man was very smart remarks as well as tried to take my money.
Asst manager was very rude I will need step feet in that building again I will inform other not to do the same
I got over charged for things I explained I didn't want tried to talk to the manager he was rude and wasn't professional at all ,when I tried to show him the mistake he refused to give me a refund on the over charge.. I want ever rent from this location again,
Customer service was the worst. It took 5 representatives to complete my contract in one & one haif hour.
First of all, that TRUCK DID NOT BELONG ON A LING DISTANCE TRIP. IT TOOK MY SON A DAY LATER TO GET HOME BECAUSE THE GAS GAUGE DOES NOT WORK!!!! HE HAD TO STOP EVERY 2 HOURS TO GET GAS, AND WHEN HE STOPPED, HE STILL HAD GAS, BUT YOUR GAUGE SAID, IT WAS EMPTY!!!! To make matters worse, he was carrying my 2018 Toyota Camry on your Carrier to my new home, so of course he didn't want to RUN OUT OF GAS. One thing, you and I both know, bad news carry far, and wide, and I don't want to have to tell Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others how UHaul doesn't inspect there Trucks in full details, especially those Trucks that are being used for long distance. I feel as though your Company owes me Monies due to the inconvenience caused by your Company's negligence. The 2nd truck I rented a few days later, I spent over $250.00 for gas, is this normal? I went from Hephzibah, GA to Randolph, Mass., a 900 mile trip. I don't remember paying that much with a big Truck with Penske. Your Company needs to realize it's more Important to keep good Customers coming back, then to keep getting customers.
