Hi! I ran into an issue when my rental was over. The truck ran great and pickup was pretty efficient, however I was given the wrong truck. The truck I was supposed to get was TM1705H, I got TM 5858H. I was told it was outside waiting for me. I get in and go on my way all excited about my day. About half way to my destination, I noticed it was at half a tank. I said I would fill it back up when finished, so I figured I would fill the truck up like I said and figure it out when I got back. I filled the truck up. I mentioned the fact that I got the truck half full, and was wondering if there was something we could do as far as reimbursement. I was told the gas just goes into the void and there wasn't anything that could be done. I don't mind helping the next guy out, but I think that is bad customer service. I took pictures of my receipts, and I would like to be contacted about some sort of reimbursement for the extra gas I put in the truck.

The young lady who helped me was courteous and professional. Was learning the log in procedure and did an excellent job. The primary employee was doing his best to keep his composure while other clients were trying to rent vehicles with no accepted credit cards, so the young lady stepped in to help me get in my reserved vehicle expeditiously.

Customer service reps was good when I was picking up the trailer but on the return he didn’t help with the trailer removal and didn’t help with completion on of the rental contract.?insteadvwent to help another customer

inside of trailer was very dirty, needed to be scrubbed. Used to move furniture so had to use tarps all around to keep furniture from getting dirty.

My wife and I found pills and trash in the truck, the front passenger tire was as 24lbs. Of pressure. We were told we had to pay 975 cash at the store when we got the the girl told us there was a $100.00 cash deposit because we were paying with cash. WHY THE FUCK DID I GET PENALIZED FOR USING AMERICAN CURRENCY. I will never use this dumpany again

If you call and ask for a time and reserve a uhaul time then the uhaul should be ready at that time. Wasted money on movers for 2 hrs that they couldn’t move as we waited for our uhaul

Absolutely disgusted with this place. They made it seem like a one way trip would be cheaper than bringing it back to the same location. It cost $108.00 to go 30 miles please explain this. 19.95 rental truck then .99 x 30. How in the heck does it end up costing 108.00. I would have saved money returning it right back to where I got it. Called U-Haul and spoke with them that night, she said she couldn’t it make that decision that would have to be the other team and she would transfer me and note my account. She transferred me to an office that was closed knowing that they were closed and we were supposed to return the truck that night. Absolutely disgusting customer service by all.

The service person was disinterested and offered very little insight into how the trailer works and what to look out for. He was not very friendly.

When the trailer was hooked up, I was told everything was good; however, I found that the lights were not all working. I feel like the agent should have found this. That said, the senior rep went out of his way to clean up my wiring harness, which was the problem, and recommended steps for me to maintain this better.
