The person working was difficult, made us feel like we were intureupting his day and bothering him with our reservation and I felt like I had to apologize for needing a truck. Next time I’ll use Home Depot— they were much easier and welcoming.

The credit card machine is sketchy in the store. The online experience should not allow a customer to reserve an item at a specified store when that specifically chosen location does NOT have the item reserved.

My original drop off reservation was for 5:30 pm on September 7th. I called and spoke with an employee and was able to extend my drop off time to 7:00 pm. I arrived around 6:40 pm and was told everything was good to go. on October 1st I was charged 98.00. When I called to the reason behind the charge they said I was charged an extra day (which I shouldn't have been) I went over mileage and had an unpaid balance. I was told fior further help I need to speak with the manager. I left my information for the manager several times and was on hold for 45 minutes waiting for customer service and they never answered. I still have yet to speak to a manager.

Cheaper rates per mileage there's no need for a $1.09/mile. to me you should just charge more for the truck and lessen the mileage rate. this was my only complaint.

Requiring a picture of a license for the on line reservation is ridiculous!! If it is so necessary it should be explained!! You got a copy of a silly document on my reservation!! Not my license!! Attendant asked for my licence when I went into the store anyway!!!

I reserved the trailer online and was never told that it was an 'in-town' use case. I drove past another U-Haul location in Fall River MA and called U-Haul customer support, gave them my invoice # and was told that yes, I could return it to that location. After drop off I pulled into the Fall River location and was told that they would not take my return because it was an 'in-town' rental. Please coordinate your messaging and make sure everyone in your company speaks the same message. Very disappointed in in this lack of message.

Although location was busy, wait times were kept to a minimum. Person who waited on us was very knowledgeable. Equipment was clean and ready when we picked it up. Would definitely recommend this location.

The General Manager was not a friendly person. I arrived 10 minutes late for my rental pick up, and he just wanted to get out of work. He did not finish the installation, nor did he take a picture like all other rental locations do. I finished the installation before driving away. He not only was rude to me, he was also rude to a woman coming late to pick up her rental. He spoke with her through the front door for a few minutes, then decided to open the door to hear her better.

Jordan, the manager, is fantastic. Really enjoyed working with him. The van was immaculate and worked great. Only comment is that there are not enough parking spots at this location.

The truck had a lot of issues and should not be rented that way. The light inside the truck container did not work, Passenger side door did not open, the locker did not work it was broken and the truck was driving pushing the staring wheel to only one side! We did our moving at night without no light, we have to leave our belongings inside the truck in the main road With a locker overnight and I had to ride my own car because the passenger door did not work not to mention we could had got into an accident because the staring wheel wasn’t responding properly . Now you tell me!!! Do you wanna go true the same situation? Also, pay full price and recommend this location.

We had book for 9am and was later told via email we couldn’t have till 2pm. At 2pm truck was still not available. Finally got it around 230 and all was okay. When we returned the truck the zip tie had come indone on the dolly which we never used- we had our own. We told the clerk and he said we would be charged any way- staff was not very pleasant or responsive .

It took hours and a dozen phone calls and emails to fix our reservation after it was messed up by your staff no less than 5 times. After all of this, we ended up with a truck for hours other than what we needed for our move because your staff screwed up our reservation and kept calling and changing it. We needed a truck for two days. We were given a truck for one day and told we had to return it at 7am and pick up a different truck for the next day. When we showed up at 7am, you told us we were going to keep the truck we already had, but now needed to return it by 4pm instead of the originally scheduled 8pm. This clearly shows how poorly your reservation department is managed. We had to spend extra time and money to go to the Attleboro location when it wasn't necessary, and then you had the nerve to charge us for the mileage to drive to and from attleboro to keep the truck we already had., at $1.09 a mile , due to your staff's numerous mistakes. We would like a refund for at least the miles we drove because your staff didn't bother to call us about the 6th reservation change YOU made.
