I went to pickup my rental the rental that was reserved for me I would not take it looked like someone there fecies ( shit) all through it wish I could post pictures so they gave me another truck by the time it was done I was already 30 mins late and did not get any extra time when I returned it I was charged for safe move twice and the rental twice

When I reserved the car dolly, the woman on the phone reserved one in Jefferson City, MO when it was for Attleboro, MA. The man in Attleboro didn't know how to operate the tow hitch he was selling. I returned it an hour early, but received a notice that it was late being returned. This was my first and last time doing business with uhaul.

I didnt rent from this location. All I did was drop off the truck here. The guy took my keys and I left. The guys couldve looked a little more excited to see customers though lol. No greetings, no can I help you. When someone walks into your store you greet them and ask how you can help them because if you dont you will make the customer feel like you dont want to be bothered.

This was the best rental experience that I have ever had. The manager was very helpful made what would have been a stressful day for me work out. The young man on the 2nd shift had the manager customer focus as well. Very good U-Hall team at this location

I needed to rent a van to pick up a couch 5 minutes down the street and bring it to warren which is about 18 miles away from this location. Soon as I got into the van there was a Dunkin’ Donuts wrapper from a sandwich in the side door just sitting there, I just threw it out and got on with what I had to do. I moved my couch and returned the vehicle 2 hours earlier than I was supposed to. I pulled the vehicle up to where the signs on the property advised me to do and waited for someone to come out like the sign had told me to. Well nobody came out after waiting 10 minutes so I went inside the building and handed them the keys. I was told I was all set and to have a good day. The next day I get an email telling me to call uhaul because I haven’t returned my vehicle so I called the location to find out what’s going on. I was told that so and sos coworker is an idiot and didn’t put it in the computer and that he has to tell his manager to fix it in the computer and I’m all set (no apology nothing). 3 hours later I get an email with a different invoice than what I paid earlier the day before so curious I checked my account online and uhaul deducted a specific amount that I was aware of when dropping off my car. So when I talked to the person on the phone confused to why it was different and asking questions I pretty much was called stupid without being called stupid and told I was wrong several times without clearly understanding the reason why I was calling. The person talking to me was insanely rude to me, never in my life have I ever had to deal with people Who act this way in life nevermind at a place of business. Never again will I use these people and I’ll make sure I tell everyone else not to either.

The guy that helped me was very nice. The truck I ordered wasn’t there for my 9am pick up. It put me way behind my move. I also got charged &69.95 instead of 29.95 because I had to drop it off in North Attleboro. When I made the Reservation I told him I didn’t want to have to pay more I wanted to 29.95 rate. I was very upset about it.

Staff wasn’t very helpful. Felt rushed. Showed up at 650 to return my rental and he told me to do it myself on my phone and drop the keys in the box. Truck was dirty when I got it. The windshield was gross and there was spilt soda all over the place.

Send ahead of time the whole process of the self-return after hours to be familiar with it and consider the time needed to complete it.

Tell James Scott (employee) he shouldn’t charge a 20 dollar fee without the customers knowledge. Also was told that after 100 miles the cost goes from 109 a mile to 49 cents which was misleading and cost me more than what I was expecting. Very poor will not rent from u haul again
