The employee was rude and extremely unprofessional. The access to the drop off location was abandoned by the employee and we struggled for 20 minutes trying to get the trailer off the hitch. Then he gave cryptic instructions that were inappropriate.

Incorrect gas mileage was recorded and I have pictures to prove it. Manager did not call back after two attempts and has still not called me back. The store is forwarding all calls to customer service which should only be used when you’re store is busy. They are abusing the phone system and you cannot reach anyone in the store. You owe me money !

The location and people working there were great. Pick up of the vehicle and return was easy and fast. My only complaint is that I requested furniture pads and two furniture dollies when I reserved it online. I was told via the online reservation that I was guaranteed this equipment. However, I had to ask for them when I got there and was initially told there were no furniture dollies available. I eventually was able to get one dolly, but I was frustrated that I didn’t get the amount I was told I would, and that apparently the location did not know about my request.

The lady who helped me out was very polite and professional even while a customer was screaming in her face. Someone at a store in Cobb had given him incorrect information about his drop off and he was pitching a fit. She calmly helped me while politely responding to him. She made it super easy.

Unfortunate drop off. I had filled up the tank past the last but one mark, getting it close to full, just around the corner before delivery. Nobody checked the truck with me when I returned, they were busy. Now they charged me for more than half a tank, and do not accept my request for refund, even after sending them the card statement with the gas charge to show what I had done. NOTE to self - When dropping off ALWAYS take a picture of the car instruments, you never know how you will be treated later.

I had a reservation for 730am and when i showed up, there was no equipment available. I came back 2 hours later and the woman working did not apologize and interrupted every single customer. I even heard other customers complaining about the employee when she left the area. Additionally, I was given a truck that had an indicator on the dash that said the right rear tire was low. When i returned the equipment, the employee who took my keys was friendly and nice.

1. Reservation sent me to the wrong location. I was late for my pickup because I went to the wrong storel I didn't get any notification on the change. 2. I wanted a 10 foot truck, there wasn't one available so I was promised a 17 foot truck. When I finally got to the right location, I ended up with a 10 foot truck unexpectedly 3. The truck I received had a passenger side mirror I couldn't adjust. This was a true safety issue. After I examined it, I notice the mirror was clued in a fixed position. A position I couldn't see oncoming traffic. Again, a real safety issue. I rented several trucks this year and overall I am pleased with U-Haul and this location. Just several misses with this particular experience.

On the day (8/8/18 6:45 pm)that I picked up the U-Haul the gentlemen at the front desk was very professional. However when I returned (8/9/18) the truck the guy working there was very rude. It was raining and I didn’t know where to park the truck. After entering the blogs with the keys he came in and snatched the keys out of my hands and stated that I told you to park the truck over here. I responded by saying I didn’t hear you because my window was rolled up because of the rain. I travel from California to move my daughter into her room I am a active duty service member and was blown away by such disrespect. I will never return to this location again and will not recommend this location to friends or family.

I drove a pick up truck for less than 8 miles and they charge $64. When I asked how is it possible? The customer representative said that I have spent $35 fuel in less than 8 miles. This is ridiculous. I was driving a pick up truck, not a M1-ebraham Tank. I will not recommand it to anybody.

I am super upset about your "SafeMover" insurance coverage. Let me explain. I drove a 20ft truck with an auto hauler carrying my pickup truck from Augusta, GA to Atlanta. After a 2 hour haul, I navigated 8:15am downtown Atlanta traffic at the I-20/I-85/75 connector which was stressful as hell. But that's what I knew I was getting into. Thank God I have the insurance I kept thinking as Semitrucks and maniacs in Dodge Chargers are flying/slamming on breaks all over the place. When I arrived at the 2175 Piedmont Rd. location to drop my pickup and auto hauler off of the back, I received 0 help. I was relieved to be done with the total Chaos, so I was pretty chill about the lazy-ass scene over there. I asked an employee who was tinkering in the cab of another truck where he would like me to drop my pickup riding on the back of the rig. He pointed down to a flat spot next to a monstrous puddle filled with nasty trash 'n bullshit water- broken glass 'erywhere. Unloaded my truck no problem no thanks to any Uhaul employees. Then I walked back up the hill to the office to ask where they would like the trailer dropped. Unhelpful Uhaul employee #1 (henceforth referred to as "Dingus") points toward an area on the opposite site of the building. Once again, no thanks to Dingus, I threaded the needle, navigating the front parking lot and pulled the rig around to where he had pointed. Go back inside to confirm where he wants the trailer dropped, patiently wait while he sorts out another customer, then follow in the truck as Dingus takes me through a squeezed alley to the back of the building and has me back up the auto trailer into a van parking space. I didn't consider myself pro until I nailed that blind reverse park job. I was legitimately pumped about my how straight I kept it in that tight little space. I leave the Uhaul location to go unload my stuff at my place. As Im pulling up to my new home in Atlanta, I try to pull up to the curb and a branch as big around as Jane Fonda's thigh snags the corner of Mom's Attic and dents the thing. S.O.B. Bummer and what a mess on my new street front stoop, but at least I have the insurance right!? WRONG. "Safe Mover doesn't cover Mom's Attic" - Dingus's associate. Online it is slightly more evident than at the desk of the Uhaul office- but there is a section called exclusions to the Damage Coverage which excludes damage from overhanging things and blown out tires. Basically the undertone once I read all the fine print is that I am covered for a windshield repair if a stray rock pops it and nothing else. Which I find totally garbage. I am bitter, I feel like I have been tricked. The bill I was quoted sucks, but the disappointment of going through with the insurance and then finding out it was all a lie is worse. I just find the whole thing lame. Thanks for no coverage. 0/10 will not use Uhaul again. Maybe all of the rental policies are like this but other than a helpful team in Augusta sending

When I arrived there were boxes in the back of the truck that I took out and the inside of the cab was dirty. The gas was below half, not how they had it marked. The passenger door handle was broken, I went inside to let the employee know and she said it was fine.

Excellent customer service ! Jannah, Timothy , and the rest of the afternoon and morning staff were very professional and helpful .
