Truck cab contained personal items from a previous renter. I threw them out so as to leave the truck clean. Parking it very limited at this location. Rental agent on duty was helpful and knowledgeable. Truck ran fine.

Courteous employees; only glitch was the online info which had me ordering a motorcycle trailer in Wisconsin in 2013, rather than a trailer in Atlanta in 2019-but the location did have the correct info once I called to confirm.

My issues started at 7:45am when I logged into my app and saw that my 10 day old reservation did not have equipment signed and my location had changed to one significantly further away. I contacted customer support who assured me I would be good to go and that the store opened at 8am. It did not. And my 8:30am reservation was not set up the night before. This morning, myself and three other people who also had reservations that did not get set up, sat in the cold for 30+ minutes for the store to open and another 30 minutes waiting for our trucks. During the time waiting outside, I contacted customer service again who helped me out with a partial refund for the delay. All ok? No. Upon receiving my truck I was instructed to only check mileage and truck number and if all that matched I was good to go. I followed instructions and drove off. When I reached my destination the roll up door was locked and the only key to open it I did not have. I was told the only remedy was to return an hour to the store to receive a new truck. Again, I was not the only person this happened to today. I received new truck and staff was attentive when I returned as they could sense the frustration, however I wasted 2.5 hours dealing with issues that easily could have been avoided. And also no comp for time lost having to switch truck. Fix the app and fix attention to detail by your staff. Will switch to one of the other guys in the future.

Quite honestly, the service and the people that were working there when I rented the trailer were so nice and so professional I don’t think in my opinion that they have to improve on anything. The date that I rented the trailer was January 9 of 2019 and the people that were working there were exceptional. Extremely nice, courteous, and had enthusiasm with me as the customer. I am a real customer and do not have any association with U-haul whatsoever. No question at alI I would rent from them again and again. Gregg V.

The team there are excellent and from my experience treated me very well, good customer service. Please, please, please make sure the inside of the windshield is clean. Every time I get a vehicle the wind shield is dirty and hard to see out of. The inside is always dirty. It’s hard enough driving a van when you’re not used to it, and worse when you can’t see! Thank you ??

Make sure truck is clean. Mileage was wrong by 30 miles and it took a long time for the clerk to fix it. Long lines and bad customer service. Would not recommend.

If reservation is at 9am, the truck should be cleaned and available at 9, not an hour later. When renting or returning A vehical, please make it manditory that employee document gas mileage correctly, because who wants to pay for A employee mistake, especially A 30 mile mistake. When providing customer service, make the customer feel appreciated.

Cancelled my reservation without any notice at the last minute and transfer me to this location and when i arrive there there were no way to get the key so, i have to wait till they open the store at 9 am and the came late so i had to wait in care 1:30 min, overall it was bad experience.
