Had packing blankets reserves, but when I picked up truck this location was out of blankets. This is totally unacceptable. Had to go to another U-Haul location to pick up blankets.

The location is convenient but the place was terribly understaffed. There was only one person working the front counter. There were six customers waiting when I arrived, and she was somewhere else on site for over 25 minutes while we all waited. I did the online check-in, which completely failed. She had to re-enter all of my information and admitted your online system does not work. The truck we received had not be cleaned. The back was full of used moving boxes, dirt and trash. You need more employees working at this location. It was very busy. You also need to fix your online check-in system, so that it does what it is supposed to do.

The women running the store was completely overworked and doing the best job possible. U-Haul needs to provide more adequate staffing. She deserves a thank you for busting her hump and making the best of a situation that put her in a bad spot.
A horrible experience. When I arrived [9 minutes before close] the doors and yard were locked and the lights were out. Several customers were trying to figure out what to do. I finally made contact with a young lady and told her that there were several customers trying to return. She retorted that she was too busy and didn't have time. She ultimately opened the gate for me to drop off the trailer but I had to look for her AGAIN to exit the secured area!!
Our reservation was unavailable when we arrived. Staff was unable to help us, and wait time in line was very long. We made another online reservation, and that truck was also unavailable. Again - the staff was not helpful. We ended up going to another location.
I never received the dolly and furniture pads. Please refund for those.
Had a reservation for 10am. Rep didn't get into the office and to me until 10:40. Then y'all expect me to still finish my move by 2 after losing an hour because of y'all. Had to ask to extend the time to get another half an hour. Furniture dolly wasn't there like I reserved. And rep handled it with a â€œit is what it isâ€ attitude. Worst experience

I reserved a 15 foot truck with TWO dollies bout a month ago. Arrived Saturday and I was told there are NO dollies n Atlanta. When I asked the agent can I get one from another store she was reluctant to help me. Then she called another uhaul store, but never asked her about a dollyðŸ˜¡ She then told me again that Atlanta Uhauls have no dollies (they all have been stolen) and she would take off the two I rented. As I was leaving I noticed a dolly for sell for $39, desperately I brought it! When I return 4 hours later with the truck to check back in I walked over to the bathroom and there were 3 dollies with a $10/day rental sign. When I asked the agent bout those dollies he had the audacity to tell me they were RENTED when the sign on them Clearly states for rent $10/ day. What about those DAMN TWO dollies I rented!!!! Despicable service I hope somebody cares enough to stop this nonsense ðŸ˜¡
Not clean boxes We had to come to same location to return instead of returning to nearby location.
I had originally reserved a truck at a nearby Valero. They didn't have the keys to truck that had been reserved for several days. The person at the store was rude as well as the customer service provider whom I spoke with concerning the matter. I was then told to go to the 2174 piedmont rd location. (Note I'm on a strict schedule and had arrived early at the first place I reserved a truck). Upon arriving at the piedmont location after waiting in line to â€œjust show my phoneâ€ for the key. (I had checked in online). I was told very rudely I was at the wrong location for pick up. I exited the line to call customer service once again and going through the whole check in through my mobile phone process and spoke to Michelle. She was very rude as well as Ricardo who kept leaving the The front desk. In the end the customer service was horrible they were not friendly at all and I stayed calm through the whole situation while they were trying to make me out as if I didn't know what I was doing. I don't feel I will be using U-Haul ever again and I would not recommend using U-Haul because of customer service very very rude your customer service was very rude. And it all started when a truck that I had reserved several days prior to the day of pick up the place didn't have the key do you have any questions please call me at 706-934-7392 I would love to explain in more depth of how this day went for me in the morning part dealing with U haul
Staff was friendly and helpful despite being busy, and the equipment was ready immediately as promised.
After signing up online to pick up the truck at another location closer to my house, I was then notified that my location changed. I had to call the new location (2175 Piedmont) to specifically ask whether the furniture dollies I ordered online would be available, and I was told they wouldn't. That would have been helpful to know in their communications to me, because I was not able to move the things I needed to without the dollies. I had to drive farther to get the truck (increasing the mileage I had to pay), I had to drive the truck to get the dollies (again increasing the mileage I had to pay), and I had to purchase dollies for more than I could have rented them for. I thought one purpose of an online system would be to determine where inventory was available, but apparently that's not a part of Uhaul's system, so I will not rely on it again.
Moved a lot jn atlanta using uhaul from a lot of locations. Best experience by far! Props to the folks running this place.
There was only one person working. He had an awesome attitude and acknowledged those waiting in line. Kudos to him.

First the truck was not ready when I went to pick it up (I did it through the app). The lady over the counter was rude and told me that she could not do anything because I started online!. In other locations, the representative pulled up the application and gave me the truck in no time. Then there was a problem in the system and becuase of that I received the truck like 1 hr later (even though in the system appeared only 30 min late). After that, I tried several times to chat with a representative to adjust my return time, and they kep disconnecting because I didn't reply within 3 minutes when I HAD TO WAIT FOR MORE THAN TEN TO EVEN START A CHAT. Completely unsatisfied with this.
Probably the most efficient and friendly Uhaul rental experience I've ever had!!
None of the boxes or the two utility dollies that I reserved were available. I was not given any boxes at all and I was charged for dollies I didn't get. Definitely will be taking my business elsewhere.
Questions asked directly should be answered in more detail. Surprised this is a â€œyou should have read ALL the fine print type of establishmentâ€.
Awesome and helpful
1) The morning pickup had a 20 minute wait, the customer service team was not very nice or apologetic for missing materials 2) Unavailable equipment - we had reservations for furniture pads and dollys and upon arriving to the facility, they informed us that they didn't have any 3) It rained and the contents of the truck got wet 4) The drop off took 30 minutes to return the truck keys
Location was clean, well-maintained and highly professional. Terrific experience overall.
