I only used the truck for 10 miles and put in 2 gallons of gas and they tried to charge me $14.00 for gas. She finally lowered the amount to $7.00. I shouldn't have been charged anything for gas. I won't be using your services again.

I chose Uhaul because of the option of renting a furniture dolly. I arrived at the location and none of the equipment was ready for me and I was also informed that that location had no furniture dollies. I will not be using UHaul again.



They were accommodating when we switched the drop off place last minute.

I picked up my 15' truck from here no problem. The staff was great! The next morning my mover arrived and told me I needed a bigger truck...within 30 minutes I showed up back at the store and was able to modify the reservation for a 20' truck and the staff didn't miss a beat. They were so helpful, pleasant and hard working. Highly recommend!

I cannot recall the staff name, I believe she was the manager. She was extremely professional and hard working; she basically ran the business alone everytime I came in there. This location is extremely busy, rarely is there not a line. Yet, while I wondered in line should I just go over to Home Depot, her pleasantness and acknowledgment of her customers made me stay patient in line. The store while having awful limited parking for such a busy area, was clean, reasonably priced equipment, and hard labor help from staff which was extremely admirable. Thank you usual! Lani.

I was told that my uhaul was available, but it was not. i showed up and no truck. I had to go make another reservation and find another truck in a different city. Also it is very sneaky, the receptionist pretend to be at the store that you are calling.

Employee damaged my car parked in the designated area while I was using the UHaul truck. Then recanted his story and blamed me for the damage over the phone. I came instore a few moments after the phone call and said the car that was parked did not belong to me from the description I said. Once he realized it was in fact my car he denied all responsibility. I put in a claim and requested surround footage from the 2 companies who have cameras on the same parking lot view. As well as filing a claim with the UHaul Region Manager. He attempted to embarrass me while I explained my story initially then the Manager took over. I’m highly disappointed in his dishonesty and the company appears in a poor light from it. I will persue this legally to do what’s right after I paided my hard earned money to this company. I will never use UHaul again and will let my Buckhead neighbors to aviod this location.

Best Customer Service skills, update your computers, you are located on one of busiest streets in Atlanta have more than one person in office , learn how to multi task with clients, and when you make a mistake admit and don't try to rush through with an attitude because you mad a mistake. China Mason develop some class and treat everybody the same. Worst Uhal in City of Atlanta. The other owner Jason he sucks also, No class,everybody should not be in business, just because you can buy the franchise doesn't mean you should run one, go to chick fil a and take some classes...

I waited in line for close to 25 minutes to pick up my reserved u-haul. There was only one employee behind the desk. He was not moving quickly. Another older man was sitting in the shop. He appeared to be an employee but was not doing anything. There were no dollies available to rent, even though I had asked if there would be when I confirmed my reservation over the phone. I had to buy one because I was moving furniture alone. It was an incredibly frustrating experience.
