Worst experience ever. I will never rent from uhual again. The rep and the laundry mat were very unhelpful during pick up. After I final was able to get the keys to the truck, I walked and inspected the truck and noticed that it did not have a dolly like I ordered and paid for . I went back and told the rep and she said "oh no we don't have no dolly's, they all got stolen ". I asked can she remove the dolly charge from my rental and she said she can't , to call uhual. I got in the truck called U-Haul and I noticed that there was a half of tank of gas. Because of this frustration I did not take a picture of it. Anyway called U-Haul and the voicemail said 1hr wait for a rep, I requested a call back. It took them over 2hrs to call back. For them to tell me the rep at the laundromat can remove the dolly charge but then came back and said that there is no dolly's charge, so I won't be charged. Return the truck back today, put half tank of gas back. To now be told I am being charged because there was 3/4 tanks of gas in there on top of that insult. They charged me for the dolly also. The rep at the laundromat said she can't remove it. Horrible experience with U-Haul. Rent a pick up truck from Avis next time

Saundra BRude counter person. Cursing, speaking on the phone, very uncouth. Location is in a laundry mat. The attendents were not at the location during pick up and delivery. The rude person came into the facility 10 mins after I arrived to pick up the vehicle. I don’t recommend this location.
vivian tIllegal things going on here, I'm taking legal actions! They sign my name illegally for a PROMISSORY AGREEMENT, they gave the truck to someone else and allowed them to drive with my license number under this agreement! I never agreed, also the truck was returned way before 5/20 they refused to pick up the truck and close the agreement. They allow another person Pam who card is on file to drive and pick up the truck under my name which is illegal
DELONIA BKeep] plenty of dollies, plus I order the wrong size truck, so I only went a mile and turn the truck in early due to where I was moving, the leasing manager wanted me there at ten, but finish with me at 1:35 p.m. so I was not able to move anything due to a dolly and a truck ×with a ramp to move my boxes on.
