I was quoted and received an email for a certain price yet you billed me a different price. I have called, left message AND I sent an email and NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACKED OR RETURNED AN EMAIL. Lousy customer service!

The battery on our truck died four times in one day. The only way it would stay charged is if the truck was running. When we called the store, they said we would have to pay for roadside assistance so we just jumped it every time we had to drive it. They also had the wrong start mileage but told us that it would be fixed when we brought the truck back. My husband talked to two different people that promised that they corrected the mistake but we were still charged $27 more for mileage that we did not drive. My husband had to take time out of our second day of moving to go back to the store to get this corrected again and get our money back. It seemed like there was little communication between employees at this store.

Truck wasn't clean but smelled like smoke. Also, the downshift felt a little rough. The customer service rep who helped me at pick up and drop off was terrific! She made my experience great!

Horrible wait time dropping the vehicle off. I was also told these rates are terrible. Why am I paying a rental fee, a dollar a mile, and gas? This is crazy!!

The pick up truck I rented was brand new and still had the new truck smell. It was great!!! The people at this U-Haul location were very nice, helpful and best of all, fast.

The owner to this location sucks...Very rude lady working in the store when we came in saying they have no trucks available they all have reservations and no lie there was at least 30 trucks outside. She told us we could get one at 7:30 at night and bring it back at 5:30AM the next morning but when you pay to rent it by the day. Then we asked to speak to a manager and she said "Ok but he aient gonna tell you anything different and sure enough he comes and says the same thing so we leave and go literally one mile down the road while calling U-Haul 800 number to see the nearest location and they reserve me a truck at the location we just left that told me that they didn't have any. So, we go back and the man tried to act like he was amazed that we were back and I showed him the reservation and he had the nerve to tell me that 4 trucks just came in while we were gone and that's when I realized his name said owner and I was amazed that this had happed by an owner of a franchise. So I said wow when I told the lady when I set up the reservation she said that I should make a complaint and the man had the audacity to tell me that the complaint would come to him anyway so we could just forget it now or when he calls me on the phone in about a week. I am appalled that you would even let someone use the U-Haul name that would lie to someone like that but I see what they are trying to do and that's get the money from one person to use the truck half a day and then get someone else to rent the truck out too so they are getting double paid. Just Greedy!!!! I will never use his location again and will let all my daughters friend who attend UGA to get their truck from an east side location.

UHaul needs to work on their on-line reservation system. We've rented from UHaul a number of times over the last 4 years for college move ins and move outs. Every time we've rented, we've encountered an inconsistency between the reservation we've made on-line and what happens at the rental location. Fortunately the people at the actual rental locations have been able to fix the issue, but as a customer it doesn't leave a good impression. Is it really that complicated to fix?

One person for the most part serving customers. Occasionally a second would join in. Had to go back for the furniture pads that were on my reservation but they forgot to include. I was there early. Told They didn’t have a truck when I checked in again they had 3. Now one had just pulled up. Definitely a no service type of place

Less wait time. More staff should be working on Saturday since that is a busy day for moving. This location was seriously understaffed.

Enclosed trailer was leaking, which lead to my mattress, box spring, wooden dresser, and night stand getting soaked from the rain. The reason I used UHaul today was to prevent rain from those items. I would have put the items in the back of my pickup truck wrapped in tarps if I knew this was the service that I would receive. In the future I will look for another truck rental service.

I rented a U haul only to find that afternoon while it started raining that it had 4 big holes in the roof. Thanks for the "well Maintained" vehicle. I am now in the process of filing a claim, not only that, but you charged my card for the full amount after you said you wouldn't and that you would put my account on hold. Thanks for helping make my move a lot harder than it should have been. If I could rate you in the negatives it would be -5. very poor service

I would only use Uhaul for truck rentals ONLY. I was going to do a one stop shop type deal. Truck, storage, and moving helpers. I purchased all 3 only to find out when I went to use my storage space I was denied because the hours were not 24 hrs ad it state on the website. It only a 12 hr window (7am-7pm) and I work those hours so that didn't work for me, and I use Moving helpers through Uhaul and the company Professional Labor Hands (Jeff Williams) contacted me on the day of the moved and cancelled through email. When I try to contact them they didn't answer their phones or reply back to my email which was not only unprofessional but left me without help and having to find movers on the day of which was not easy. And because I didn't have movers I wanted to change my truck rental until a few hours later to give me a chance to find mover but my reservation was cancelled altogether. So I didn't have a truck, storage or movers but the guy and I forget his name, he helped me with getting a trailer/hitch which worked perfect and got me going and one of the part-time helper own his own moving company so in the end it worked out but from now on Uhaul is only good for truck rentals.

Fill the tanks full - not to some crazy number. I literally had 13/16 of a gallon. How am I supposed to fill it with that? I feel like this is a sneaky way to get more money - not cool.
