Your website should not allow selection of pickup at 8:00 am if location does not open till 9:00. I arrived and had to wait till 9:00.

It was a process to pick up our truck. Everything was ok on the end of the facility we used, they were wonderful. Apparently the uhaul system was experiencing difficulties or had changed. That was frustrating but I have nothing but great things to say about the location and their service

Ms. Judy was excellent and very professional. It took from 2:53p.m. to 4:55p.m. for her to figure out what the salesperson in Decatur had done to make the reservation for me. It was very confusing for both of us, but she was finally able to get it taken care of. I'm glad I didn't have anything else to do that day because I wouldn't have been able to do it, after my ordeal with U-Haul. I would recommend Storage Plus to anyone, as long as they were not transferred from another U-Haul. THAT WAS A NIGHTMARE FOR MS. JUDY, not for me because I had my "Candy Crush" to keep me calm. God Bless her little heart.
