The pick up was ok. It took two people to help us. The truck back had lots of grass inside and was dirty. Drop off was TERRIBLE. The guy told me I had to pay $221.94 for mileage overages. I had photos of before & after on the OD and I was quoted 60 miles and went above that a little over 20 miles. $.89 at 20 or so extra miles does not equal to another $100. The contract copy was so tiny and so lightly printed, I couldn't read that the initial $103 was a hold, so he did not explain I would be getting a release of that amount. Which infuriated me, because he said I owed an additional $221. Then he gave me 2 numbers to call, none of which worked. I'm glad to see my final bill was reasonable and only charged me for the actual overage. I will never rent from this location again. They need to be better at explaining the way the rental works as well as be sure of the actual cost before they quote it.

I felt like I was going to die picking up this UHaul multiple times. It was at a very unclean gas station where people who very clearly do drugs hang out. I literally saw a lady lite up a cigarette while pumping gas while I was waiting in line. When I arrived the man working who did not speak english told me there was no UHaul and to come back 5 hours later. I was finally assisted by a lady who had to call someone to verify my Uhaul rental, which took about 45 minutes to do. Once I got my UHaul the whole thing smelt like smoke, it had not been cleaned out, the steering wheel was sticky with left over food. I will not be renting a UHaul from this location ever again. I would rather drive an extra 45 minutes to ensure my safety and that I'll get a clean/ready UHaul.
Elizabeth MReservation was not updated in system and wanted to charge me two days instead of one. One of the brake lights wasn't working on the trailer.

GRIGORY BThe right rear tire was loosing air. It must have a nail that caused it to have a slow leak. The right break light and blinker was not working. I told the attendant when I brought back the U-haul.
