We booked the truck in central point Oregon. But we found out the day before pickup that we had to pick it up in Ashland 18 miles south. We were given an extra day and 50 miles. But it was inconvenient to travel to and from to pickup the truck.

the receipt says drop off at Wednesday 4/29/2026 but it was actually the next day on 4/26/2026 and no one was any where around the drop off location, I had to call in and verify my drop off.

WADE SThey overcharged on fuel. Total miles driven was 27. I put in 5 gallons at a gas station. The reciept indicates that they put in 4 gallons. So am I supposed to believe that the truck gets 3 miles per gallon?! Next time I will be more careful with settling up at the end. Feeling ripped off.
