I returned after hours in the dark so maybe it's more obvious what to do in the daytime but it was a bit confusing where to park and where to leave the key. For the non-standard locations (this one was a campsite) it would be helpful to get special instructions ahead of time.

Jason RWhen I arrived and pulled into the driveway, there were no directional signs pointing me where to go. I could see other U-Haul equipment but didn't know where to park my rig. The only sign I saw was an "Exit Only" sign. I had to drive through part of the RV park in order to find a place to park. It also took me a few minutes to find the key drop off box. Signage would be helpful.
Craig LThe guy was 30 minutes late opening the door and when he asked how my morning was, I told him " it was good until we had to wait 30 minutes for you to open the doors,". His response was "isn't it terrible to live in a first world country?" Smart Alec. I didn't appreciate that one bit. Then we went back in to show him the gas tank showed 1/8 of a tank less than was on the paper. He did fix that though.

Doug HThey did not verify the renters information. Emailed and texted the wrong person. I reached out and let someone know via chat they were contacting the wrong person. Claimed it would be taken care of. Continued to contact the wrong person and even sent a receipt with private information to the wrong person. I asked that this be rectified with 2 different people prior to this happening. So unprofessional. I guess if you share a name with someone in the uhaul database they just choose whichever. We don't even live in the same state. I will never use uhaul again and recommend finding another rental service.
Tara BThis was easy to get to and the vehicle was in good condition.
LITA VNo visible signs. The location was 3 miles off freeway in a dark campground, which was almost an hour from where we unloaded the truck. I literally passed 6 or 7 U-Haul places on my way to the return location. The internet was so shotty I could not do the return properly. I had to call for help to find key drop box and they had to put me through to another agent. Would not recommend this as a return location. Especially at night.

Robert jThis is an an RV park out in the middle of nowhere with no lights on. So, don't go at night if you have a choice!, or after hours thinking you'll use the drop box like me. I'm lucky I didn't trip and fall. I had no idea where to park it, so I parked it next to two other trucks that were off to the side of the entryway in the dark on wet soft ground with a slope under large evergreens. Beautiful, but not where you'd think to park a heavy truck in the dark..No one around, kinda Erie and uninviting in the dark.. Wouldn't of chosen this place to drop off, but Uhual gave me choices, e en after I called and begged. Uhual told me all other Usual dealers in a 3 town radius were full and I had to drive 40 minutes out of my way to return it. Oh, after complaining they offered to reimburse "some miles." Like really? That's not customer friendly, but let me throw you some crumbs of compassion after you've moved all day and returned our rig clean..No gas either when we picked it up. At least the next guy had enough to get back into town.

Naaman GPrevious prepayments were not clearly itemized. I made several extensions of days rented, and the contract was not clear on how each piece of equipment was charged nor the daily insurance charges. My cell phone made the receipt hard to read because of the fine print. I will have to check my website receipt on my computer when it gets hooked up.
